Very friendly & attentive service the moment you enter the restaurant with delious and ample servings for your meals.

As a first-time diner, I wasn't disappointed. Lovely evening. Liked the sight of a freight train rumbling by. Wait staff were very accomplished and friendly. Will visit again and recommend to others. PS: However, the sight of a rodent trotting by outside was a little disconcerting to some other diners.

Made a booking for Valentine's day this year and couldn't recommend Ostro's highly enough, We were given our choice of seating and the staff, food and restaurant were all amazing!

Forgot one of our meals, there was only2 of us ! The meal they bought out was terrible, mash was lumpy, broccolini was overcooked, chicken scallopini was an unusual color and plating atrocious

The food was not as good as the first time we dined here. The servers were pleasant, however it appeared the restaurant was understaffed which meant fairly long wait times.

Took a while for drinks to come 20 minutes. Everybody thought food was great. The Saltimbocca Ala Romana needed more sauce and very dry.

Lovely little restaurant. Tables well spaced so didn’t feel crowded. Friendly staff. Food was really nice - only slight negative pasta was a little dense - but maybe just our personal preference. Would go again.

Went for our 40th wedding anniversary. (Not that we needed acknowledgement) Food was a little too salty. Table tried to swivel everytime we touched it. We both had a glass of bubbles, when my husband asked for the drinks list to order another drink, was instead given another glass of what he had just finished. So overall what we had to eat was ok. But probably wouldn't go back

The food was yummy, although there was quite a long wait. Because of where our table was positioned we had to catch the attention of the wait staff to order and order additional drinks. We would eat there again and everyone enjoyed their meal.

our first time to visit Ostro. Wonderful from the moment we entered. We had our wedding anniversary that night - so we wanted something special. We were treated so well, with a lovely table near the 'fireplace'. Service amazing, by our dedicated staff - so helpful And the food is fabulous. I so recommend. Can't wait to go back again .........and again ..........to try all the menu

Delicious food served very attractively with awesome service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointed. Happy in past visits. Music too loud. Waiter said staff were sick of the softer music so did not change it. Ordered a pizza which was fine. A bit heavy. As was the pasta dish. Ordered the chilli prawn zucchini pasta dish. Only 5 small prawns and a heap of thick pasta. Ok for a start but too heavy to finish it. No herbs eg basil to dress it. Also first impression walking into restaurant not good as piles of rubbish around the steps. Cardboard box on floor inside in line of vision. All adds up to a less enjoyable outing. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The food and wine were delicious. The staff were warm and friendly. The decor was casual and inviting. I’ll be going again… and again.
