The food was great; however the service was a little slow. We purchased steamed vegetables as the menu didn’t mention our meals came with salad, so perhaps this could be made clearer on the menus in future.

Food wasn’t great! Staff could have been a tiny bit more attentive, but that’s being picky. All in all great experience and we will be back.

Was ok meals were out fast was somewhat pricey with kids.

We had a lovely evening for my sons 13th birthday. The staff were very accommodating for our larger group, the food was delicious .... great night.

Very happy with everything, 20 of us attended for a Birthday. The restaurant was pretty busy & there were only 2 staff working, they did an excellent job under the circumstances but it was very unfair for them. Knows that there was a 20+ booking in there should have been more staff working.

Excellent service, friendly staff and delicious food. ( decent size side salad with a delicious dressing) I recommend Outback Jacks and will eat there again for sure.

Crocodile and Kangaroo especially nice. We sat under a large Crocodile and had great steaks and drinks. Staff were very accommodating. Would recommend this establishment.

Had a great time at Outback Jacks! Food was great, I had the Bourbon pork ribs and they fell straight off the bone! Service and atmosphere was great too, staff were very helpful Will be back again soon!

Overly surprised with Outback Jacks Rouse Hill. Food was cooked really well, couldn't fault it in anyway. Ordered their ribs and chicken wings, it was juicy and tender. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best Outback Jacks I have been to. Will definitely come back.

The food was quite tasty, our steaks, ordered medium were truly medium, not medium rare or medium well. The service was friendly and efficient. Altogether a nice restaurant, but nothing that would make the experience truly special.

Food was great, pork ribs to die for. Did not have dessert but did not like the look of them in display cabinet. Went to bask in Robbins instead.

The food was great but the overall service from the staff was very ordinary. They really need to be trained on the proper etiquette of using the correct words when dealing with customers. Using phrases of "are you right" or "what's up" are not customer service centric.

Excellent night was seated straight away. Orders taken promptly followed by wonderful service. Drinks and Entrees arrived within a very acceptable time frame. Main meals followed with perfect timing from the entrees. All the food was beautiful as was the staff and the service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was slow. Very slow. We had to ask them to take our order twice. The manager was rushed off his feet while the wait staff seemed to be taking their time to do anything. Menu was very loud. Food was good when it eventually arrived.
