MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTED ON OCCASIONS AT RESTAURANTS.SO A VISIT TO OUTBACK JACKS WAS HARD TO SELL.BUT HE LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.WE'LL BE BACK.
It's a nice venue, with very tasty food. We went there for dinner before a show in town. While there is no immediate parking available, it is an easy walk from the various parking spots around town.
Busy night but for the most part was well handled by the staff. Our table was mixed up with another table, but the staff sorted that out fairly quickly. Food was good, but I would recommend going somewhere else for dessert because it was quite overpriced.
My tonic was flat in my gin and tonic. They were shoving our meals onto the table before we'd even got half way through our entrees. The calamari entree was rubber and you could tell it was frozen and just heated up. The onion rings were soggy and dripping with oil. My barramundi was also a frozen piece of fish and heated up until it was dry and hard and was lacking of any real flavour. They forgot to bring out the bernaise sauce that was supposed to come with my main. And the steak my partner ordered was covered in so much chilli powder you just bit into dust when he ate his steak - and he likes hot things. Mind you this all happened within the space of 1/2hr we were finished our mains and entrees. On a plus side the waiter was very courteous and pleasant. But we will not be going back there again.

Food was nice fast service. Used entertainment voucher was not impressed that a salad was classified as a main meal Well done meat was very dry. .
