Nice Surf and Turf meal, service was very friendly, just felt it was a bit overpriced for an average steak, was expecting a bit better!

Quality and affordable. Friendly staff and nice, new and clean venue. Would definitely go back. Choice of outside or inside seating. Option to take left overs home.

They were sold out of ribs, chicken wings, certain steaks! Understaffed - we wanted to order dessert but ended up leaving as we couldn't get anyone to take our order. Food that we had was nice.

Meal was fantastic. Definitely try the pork ribs, they are delightful. Excellent serviceby Sarah, extremely prompt, friendly, and professional. Will surely visit again very soon.

Great place to eat . Can get a little noisy but food is great. If you want to be adventerious try there kangaroo and croc entree.. steak is cooked well and tasty .

Booking for 4 with Groupon voucher. Despite not being very busy, the table was unclean and the service was average. Entrees were nice but mains were not quite delivered as per our orders. Entree plates were not cleared before the mains arrived and we had to prompt the waitress to take the dirty plates away. I would not have been happy paying full price for this meal but paying less than half the retail price made it tolerable. Been there ... tried it. Won't be going back. Fully expect them to be closed in 6 months.

Extremely slow service, at least an hour wait we only got our meal when we promoted the waiter. If there is a wait in the kitchen you should tell customers before ordering.

Went for dinner. Garlic bread was yummy, cheesy fries were very ordinary and kangaroo/crocodile skewers were dry, with some of the crocodile still raw. Chicken main was dry with no sauce, fish and chips was ok but they had no tartare sauce because they were out of it and fillet Mignon was well cooked but tiny and not a traditional Mignon wrapped in bacon, just a tiny steak with bacon chucked on top. Schnitzel average and surf and turf average. Couldn’t get a can of soft drink because they didn’t get a delivery, so had to have post mix that was watery. Overall, very ordinary food with a hefty price tag. Plenty of staff but no service (thought we’d time it and it was 30 minutes to get a drink, after we called them over). Definitely won’t be going back.

Food and drinks were delicious, decent amount and quality, excellent customer service!!! Lots of people but service was pretty fast! I will definitely go back there!

The service was good but food is very dry. Wings were OK but ribs were absolutely terrible. They were also out of most of their beers.

A Great evening out, fantastic food with very large portions, helpful courteous staff and a very relaxing atmosphere recommended place to dine when going out in Wollongong, top points 10/10

We had a great time at Outback Jacks celebrating a birthday. The staff were very friendly and engaged all of us in the conversation. They were especially nice to our 5 year old grandson and we loved the sparklers on the birthday cake. We would definitely come back again to Outback Jacks for their great meals and friendly ambiance.

Son & I both ordered wagyu porterhouse steak, medium rare. One was cooked spot on, but the other was medium at best (though still wagyu tender!) On the plus side - they were delicious

Fast service kid friendly and I knew thing was that then that asked for drinks food was good not too busy we would come back again

Great selection to choose from menu, something for everyone. Steak cooked to perfection and we loved the onion rings. Friendly staff and overall great experience.

Good size lunch meals and range of choice, sauces and drinks. Great for children and adults with tables ranging in size to suit different groups. Meal choices enjoyed by all. Thank you.

My tonic was flat in my gin and tonic. They were shoving our meals onto the table before we'd even got half way through our entrees. The calamari entree was rubber and you could tell it was frozen and just heated up. The onion rings were soggy and dripping with oil. My barramundi was also a frozen piece of fish and heated up until it was dry and hard and was lacking of any real flavour. They forgot to bring out the bernaise sauce that was supposed to come with my main. And the steak my partner ordered was covered in so much chilli powder you just bit into dust when he ate his steak - and he likes hot things. Mind you this all happened within the space of 1/2hr we were finished our mains and entrees. On a plus side the waiter was very courteous and pleasant. But we will not be going back there again.

It's a nice venue, with very tasty food. We went there for dinner before a show in town. While there is no immediate parking available, it is an easy walk from the various parking spots around town.

Staff very friendly great service did not had to wait long for food. Food was well presented and tasted great. Thank you for a great night.

MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTED ON OCCASIONS AT RESTAURANTS.SO A VISIT TO OUTBACK JACKS WAS HARD TO SELL.BUT HE LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.WE'LL BE BACK.

Busy night but for the most part was well handled by the staff. Our table was mixed up with another table, but the staff sorted that out fairly quickly. Food was good, but I would recommend going somewhere else for dessert because it was quite overpriced.

Food was nice fast service. Used entertainment voucher was not impressed that a salad was classified as a main meal Well done meat was very dry. .

Service was great, but the ribs I ordered were too dry. Could have been better. The location was great, very central and easy to get too.

Ordered two steaks, medium well, both came out rare Ribs came out dry & unable to eat Vegetables were soggy Don't get a lot for what you pay for. Very disappointing!

Lots of choice on the menu. Food was nice and fresh. Friendly service. Great central location near the Mall. Good for familes and groups and couples.

We enjoyed lovely food with something for all members of the family. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely go back again.
