OZ Hotpot - Chatswood

Soup base lacked flavour and tasted like water, stoves were old and could not be controlled without lifting up the pot. Buffet selection lacked verity and wasn't not fresh

The food and service was great. There was such a good choice of condiments and sauces for the hotpot . It was a very good lunchtime experience.

Not a lot to choose from. No offer of table water (apparently you help yourself). Just got told to chose a soup base and take a seat, no idea where the utensils were.

合理價格，自助形式，食物選擇很多，不用煩惱的自助火鍋。餐後還有西瓜和橙。價格還好吧。Reasonable price and good variety. Can you consider this one if you like Asian style hot pot.

Good variety of food on the buffet and the soup was nice. Would have liked to have some steam rise and more fruit on the dessert section. My wife is gluten free so couldn't eat much of the dessert menu.

The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a delicious experience.

It’s was just okay nothing to rave about I only went there because it was in the top 17 buffet in Sydney so I went for a look I would say the rating is a bit overrated there are better places in Sydney but having said that it was okay

I feel like the waiter that served us was kind of rushing me to pick my soup base and drink. I preferred a bit more time and freedom to choose what we wanted to order. Otherwise the food was delicious and value of the hotpot was excellent

It was great, good food, great atmosphere and not too loud. The price was acceptable would go again

Variety of foods, good taste and worst of the money.

Wanted the mushroom soup but was told they had sold out. Happy with the food and service otherwise. Loved the watermelon which helped us to cool down between rounds haha
