Worst service that we have experienced. Had a booking for 3pm by 4pm we were still waiting for someone to take our order. We paid for our drinks & walked across the road to another restaurant.

appears to have changed management. food quality was completely different and much worse than 6 months ago.

For the price, many of the meals were pretty disappointing... especially the parma, saddest looking parma I’ve seen in some time! Additionally the service was pretty average.

Had a fabulous waitress. The buffet was delicious. Would be good if the food in the buffet had the name of each item.

The service was impeccable, the waitresses were kind, hospitable, and most of all forgiving. Sorry we left before ordering.

Ordered something on menu and told they had none left. Very disappointing.

Great food and service. Staff were very helpful although tbey needed better attendance at the register. Was a 5 minute wait just to pay for our meal.

Couldn’t find my reservation when we arrived. Food was served fairly quickly, and was reasonably priced. Tasty, but very sparing with the meat. My date had about a third of her meal before accidentally chewing on a piece of wire that had been in her pasta(apparently a part of a cooking utensil). Staff were very apologetic and didn’t charge for her meal, but not a good experience by any stretch.

Service by one girl was exceptional whereas others were lacking . Food was ok ... lots of variety. Would recommend for a casual catch up.

Nice food that had generous servings. The pasta was freshly made and the pizza base was cooked in a wood fire oven. Had a nice flavour. Food was served fairly quickly. Good value with Groupon voucher.

Very ordinary food, and not much for the price. Haven’t been for a year or two but quality has really gone down hill, probably won’t be back.

Food was great and the service was faultless. Will definitely be back. Eyed off the Buffett -it looked fabulous, if you love desserts you should check it out!

Severely disappointed and will never try it again. I initially booked online for 2 adults and 2 kids, for 197$, and I paid 40 dollar deposit. I was shocked at the venue when they gave me 327 dollar bill! They charged me for 4 adults full price without even considering the deposit. The girl who was receiving the payment had the worst attitude ever. When I discovered the 2 serious mistakes she justified them saying( she charge by the table not by the name did the booking) and this comment made me furious. And even knowing I paid cash, when she was returning the extra money she charged she wanted to return on my card! Which was another awful thing to do. Waitresses had very bad attitude, very limited variety of dishes for a Christmas lunch and for the money they charge. Gravy was watery tasteless and cold. No soup at all, one rice dish, pasta over cooked, no pork at all except for the ham . One beef and one turkey dish each, sweets mostly cupcakes, nearly one or two dish salad, and one dish vegetable, that was steamed and under seasoned. For an Italian restaurant, I expected a certain level of professionalism in cooking and customer service, but the reality was a sever disappointment that ruined our Christmas Day.

Excellent food and very nice friendly service, despite the staff were running off their feet during Christmas lunch rush. While there was plenty of fresh seafood for us to enjoy, we found the traditional Italian cooking every bit as lovely and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

No mention that they were closing early until we sat down to order. The food was average and table service was non-existant, none of the staff knew the table numbers, they didn't know who's food was who's. Disapointed

Pasaeno Knox... great place to go to enjoy a meal with the whole family or maybe just by yourself. Excellent service, food great. Nice place.

The seafood and the desserts sections are good but many other dishes are too salty to be able to enjoy them. Service staff is attentive. Price is good and dining area is clean and functional.

The Food and atmosphere was great. We were a little disappointed with the wait staff, didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing.

Nice but some of the seafood wasn't the freshest. Roasts, pizzas and most other food was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ok for the price.

The restaurant was not very organised. No many cakes to choose. No one handle the food. I place empty oysters shell on the side and un- fresh prawns. No one removed it. I need to ask the waiters for empty bowl and wash lemon bowl. This time, totally disappointed as I used to dine here.

Pleasant efficient staff, great tasting food and spacious eating areas. The Quandoo online booking service worked well and we appreciated the reminder a few days before we visited.

Excellent service at Paesano's tonight. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our food came out promptly and was very tasty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

There are not many kinds of seafood and general taste. Beefsteak is good. But the cooked and other dishes are a little salty. Oyster is perfect.

For a very large venue, we were amazed at how good and consistent the quality of the food was...and such great pricing. The young staff were very well trained and displayed the positive and happy manner which made our dining experience first rate....Could not recommend Paesano's more highly.

Food and service good but needs to be more wheelchair friendly especially the toilet it was hindered by gas bottles and the closeness of tables meant it was not easy to manauver around

Our group was running 1/2 late but we were still received with welcome smiles. Lovely family restuarant, a favourite with my family. Pizzas were very yummy.

Great food but poor service. Had to ask a waiter to take our order and once we got food never had a waiter come back to ask if we wanted another drink. Sat for 15mins after finishing meal and still no one came to clear plates or ask if we wanted anything else. If they get the service right will definitely go back as the food is sensational.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout the night. Unfortunately the food was not very nice. Not to sure if we will eat there again

Excellent food, busy but service was timely. Our waitress needed a little training on menu.

Excellent and attentive service. The restaurant was fully booked given it was a saturday night, but the wait staff still tried their best to give us their attention. Food was served quickly, due in part to most of the patrons having buffet and that we ordered the stonegrill - which was excellent! Will be back again, this was not our first visit, and certainly will not be our last.

The restaurant was very crammed and yet there were lots of empty tables. My meal was dry and tasteless. It wasn't cheap either. I would never go there again. The staff were friendly and doing their best but the food and setting were terrible.

Tasteless food and bad service. Wouldn’t recommend!! And we won’t be going back any time.. ever! The waitress didn’t take our drink order when we said we were ready. Even though she was already at our table talking to us. Said she would be back and we waited a further 15 minutes for someone else to tend to us.. Ordered our drinks, waited another 10 minutes and when we asked about them, she didn’t once apologise, just said “it’s not my fault.. there’s only one person in the bar”. Hard to get attention from floor staff to make an order for our food, and when we did get our food, all the pasta dishes ware bland and in some cases watery. We then decided to continue for desert at another place.

The most amazing yummy food. The service was absolutely excellent. The perfect amount of attention from the wait staff. Will be back again very soon.
