Had lunch with my team, was very nice. The food was good and the service was also good. Will go back another time for sure.

You always get friendly efficient service, irrespective of how busy they are. Importantly they are prepared to cook an old favourite, even if it is no longer on the menu...the Gnocchi Matriciana..

As a sunday lunch for birthday with family, the service was atrocious. The orders took a very long time to come out to the table. Drinks seemed to be forgotten and we had to call out to staff to find out what was happening. Our table was at right next to the toilet entrance. As I said service was atrocious. Food however was delicious. We ordered Al a Carte, not the buffet. Paying a split bill was a nightmare as well as staff were unsure how to do it at the register. Having previously had brekky here on a Sat morning for 2, the experiences were polar opposites. The Sat brekky was amazing service. Was a pity that when we talked up the restaurant to family and friends and suggested it for a birthday lunch that it was so bad.

Eaten there a number of times in the past and the food has been nice, but last night, out of 10 of us at the table, only a couple of us thought their meals were good (chicken parma). The calamari was horrible, as if it came from a packet, and the beef ragu was more like mince meat, and very unpleasant tasting, just like the other meals we ordered. The service was slow and the staff even though polite practically ignored us. Not asking if we would like any dessert or coffee, so we left and went elsewhere. Not sure if it was just a one off, but will not be going back there again in a hurry. Just horrible!

We had a lovely time, great waitress, fabulous food. Can definately recommend the Quinoa Salad it was delicious. We were not rushed at any time, a very relaxed an enjoyable venue.

My cannelloni was very dry, other meals looked good I know it was busy but service was very slow and ordered a coke that never came because a waiter that brought the food could not take a drink order had to send someone else.

Service was very slow and unorganized very disappointed i have been a customer there for years not sure if i will come back. Some staff may need better training.

What a wonderful night. For a very large bustling restaurant, the service from the young energetic staff was fantastic. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Likewise the quality of the meals was outstanding. Hard to work out how they achieve such consistency and quality when you consider how busy the place is.....but they do and we could not recommend Paesano any more highly for it's excellent food, service and importantly value for money

The food was yummy but we especially loved the gelati. The atmosphere & ambience was terrific. Will have to go back again to taste some more.

Service was not good on the night Understand they were busy but doesn’t allow for lower standard service They gave us a discount to make up for the incident that happened and other issues So they know how to try to rectify a situation and try to apologise - we will be back to try as the food was nice

Stuck in front of air con bit chilly. Staff slow will still go back. Just a busy night l guess Main manager nice guy always helpful

Very nice place, excellent service , Very reasonable prices compared to the quality and the portions and amazing food. Would definitely recommend it and I would go again
