Alot of food that we ordered was not available. When we confronted to the waitress she recommended expensive item to us. We booked the 7pm table how would be possible that most the food was not available. Very disappointing

The food is okay , pleasant ambience, customer service has gone downhill, was ‘escorted’ to settle the bill half way eating as the cashier is closing soon ??!! They were pressuring all their patrons to place last order and settle the bill at 1:45pm ??

Great fit out but there were no performers as promised and the food was way too spicy (we ordered mild but still could not eat it) messy and we werent given enough guidance on how everything worked. Expensive and regretful

For $128 for 2 people, overpriced for what you get. Service and decor great. However simply getting the soup base and sauces for two people was $35 (then you paid for what you wanted). The dishes were ok except the prawns which were mushy and their prawn dumplings which were badly named. Thought it was cheeky when they offered for you to review them and after looking they offer a free dessert. Many other better hot pot restaurants in Melbourne. Would not return

So much fun. Hong, our host, was a delight!! Drinks were a bit slow but it didn’t ruin the night.

A heavy meal for sure and certainly left feeling very well fed. The mild Sichuan broth also packs quite a few chillies on its own so I was happy with the level of spice. Service and atmosphere were also great!

Fantastic atmosphere and relatively quiet booths for the amount of people in the restaurant. The interior is near perfect replica of an old Chinese theatre/restaurant from way back in the previous century, with live music to add to the ambiance. Great selection of classic hotpot dishes, it is a bit weird to pay for the dipping sauces separately but that's a very minor negative compared to the whole package. Would definitely come again/10
