Authentic hotpot, lots of diff choice of food, serving is ok too. But I have to say service really good, from the waitress who service our two big tables, to the girl who make our free lollies of the year, all very cheerful and interesting show!

Soup was tasty and beautiful restaurant layout. will come again

Loved the grandeur of the place with the huge dragons structure hanging from the ceiling. Broth for our hotpot was fairly tasty and food was good. There’s room for improvement from the less than friendly floor staff that’s served us.

More time should be given to enjoy the meal, ordering drinks and paying not rushing people to order and pay before their sitting time is up. The tables were hard to sit at if you are tall, would benefit with taller tables and possible bigger tables as there wasn’t enough room for everything and bigger water glasses. Don’t push people to leave. If your only option is a 1pm sitting then don’t force people to leave before 2.45pm as you shut at 3, make your last sitting 12pm

Taste is good also the environment. Good value for money.

Panda Hot Pot was great for 6 people for a birthday dinner. Service and food was great! The only thing I would say is to be careful with the spice! We ordered half non-spicy mushroom soup and half ‘mild’ Sichuan chilli soup. We like our spice and mild was still too hot! I’d been warned in some previous reviews but didn’t take it seriously. Other than that - everything was great. They even let our party stay longer than the allowcated 2 hrs to enjoy a birthday cake. Lovely staff.

Really nice atmosphere, strong flavours and friendly staff. We even met the owner.

the system works quite well, except queues were too long at the condiments table, had to remind staff 3 times to bring the beer, had to ask for the soup to be refilled.

Very hard to understand our server and she didn’t explain the instructions very well and for people who have never been here before u need to know what to do. Food was very good though but very expensive when u add on anything. Def recommend to go. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of food/broth.

Staffs were very nice. Although some of them struggle a bit with explaining everything in english, but they try really hard. And they are very friendly and accommodating. Foods were awesome as well. It's just a little bit too spicy even with the mild option

Table booked 5pm but we waiting for long q until 5.20pm, got our table, ordered and when the dishes served it was already 6pm that we started eating. We were required to leave the table by 7pm. I think they should at least give 3 hours limit for each table. Our clear soup broth section took very long to boil. When food is cooked, it’s hot to eat and the waitress kept rushing us to leave while we still have not finish 20% of our food. With all the rush, we can’t enjoy our food at all. Otherwise, food and ambiance are nice.

Ordered the half least spicy and bone soup base pot , was too spicy and next whole day had stomach pain. The value was bad , spent around 250 dollars felt like 30 dollar value . it was too rush to eat hot pot at first session , could not relax with friends , a bit of stressful to social with people at this environment. the music was loud, except the decoration nothing else we liked , never be there again ! I think I just had one bad experience, still suggest people go there have their own experience.

Limited menu and really should offer some pre hot pot options . Also the spicy soup option is too oily and even the mild was so murky with oil you couldn’t see the items immersed for cooking.

Rude staff and bad services... can’t order drinks... rushed to leave

Atmosphere, service and food were fantastic. We had never been before and the staff were very accommodating in taking the time to help us make the right order. The mild base though... very hot 😅

We had a lovely night at Panda Hot Pot. The interior was nicely done. Food was nice but nothing out the ordinary (perhaps we didn't order the right things).

Deep fried pork stick was badly done as some part is not cook n has too much flour on it. Quite a disappointment compared to my first visit in Dec 2019. The hotpot soup base for Mild is still very spicy especially for non- chilli eater like us. Overall service is good as we were served by the same staff as our previous visit.

Great atmosphere and food. Love the crazy hot soup, though not as hot as Dainty Sichuan.

Food is ok. The staff not friendly. Probably tell us at least 5 times that we need to leave by 9pm. Not the experience that I need for a new years eve dinner. Very disappointed because we have high expectation for this place!

We went there for CNY reunion dinner and had one the best dinning experience. Does not rip of customers, good food and great atmosphere.

Food and atmosphere were great, service was sub standard. Hopefully they can train their staff so the experience gets better.

The service was very attentive, food came quick and both the Szechuan broth and tomato broth was delicious. Ordered the OJ and it was amazingly fresh. They even had a show on which was entertaining. Decor was out of this world with their theme, it was like being taken back to the olden days in China! Definitely a place to dine at with your loved ones!

Very helpful staff! It was a bit overwhelming at first, but they guided us through it. Delicious and lots of fun!

Loved the authentic Sichuan kitchen and the whole venue style.

Not enough room on table for all the dishes we ordered and refused to split bill...wtf... tap 3 cards and give some appropriate service.

Food taste good however private room upstairs lack ventilation & aircon.
