Been here twice and I must say the interior design is a masterpiece of ancient China, which brings dinners to an unforgettable dining experience. Great services. Love the deep fried buns with condense milk. Flavourful broth. However, got interrupted by waiter few times while eating which was a bit odds.

Food is fresh and good. Service was great. We made booking via quando at 7:15pm, we arrived there around 6:50pm, waiting outside until around 7:00pm then can get in. I would like to recommend to Panda Hot Pot that can provide some chairs for the elderly when waiting outside.

We waited in line until 10 minutes after our booking time which is disappointing because they’re the ones who called prior to booking that our booking will be forfeited if we’re 10 minutes late. Also, The sesame oil on our table was expired but management insisted otherwise even when the can itself had a best before printed on it.

not very good feeling, it was extremely cold yesterday, and all the reservations waited outside the restaurant. Also, the pot may have some problems, the oil extremely upwelling,even splash on the coat and face.

we have been here numerous times now and the food is always as good as the last. however this time around, the staff were a little bit too attentive. one of them decided to separate our condiments without asking us and tried to add in the oil from the cans on the table without asking us, she literally just started doing things at our table without consulting what we wanted as customers. I had to stop her and she kept insisting that I use the oil when I didnt want to. She tried arguing with me saying the hot pot is oily so it dosent make a difference if I use this additional can of oil for the condiments. i understand that hot pot is oily, hence why I would avoid it everywhere else if I could. you don't know my health or condition to be making these decisions for me. not to mention, it is an additional charge they do not disclose verbally to you at the time of opening/serving. you will only notice it at the end, on your bill, so best for your to take note of everything on the menu and what's being charged for. condiments are charged for and its a bit pricey what they charge for condiments but its expected at this hot pot joint. however, we took 1 bowl of condiment and got charged for 2 - I assume because the staff decided to separate them into 2 bowls uninvited at the table, hence why we were charged twice.

Considering the beautiful architecture & displays, I did not expect this place to be priced this reasonably ???? I was prepared for an expensive meal, however the restaurant was stunning, our group got our own private room, and the staff were absolutely magnificent. Never been to a restaurant where young staff were this attentive, aware and patient. We enjoyed our time greatly and will be returning. Thank you for this. Of course we tipped them for their amazing service also.

Great restaurant , ambience and food. The mild spicy hot pot base was very very spicy! Definitely not for the faint hearted. I can take spicy food but it was even too much for me at one point.

The soup based where basic. The offerings though where immense and bountiful! The meat balls where a disastrous let down tasting like they came from a freezer from a supermarket. The pork and coriander balls where INSANE GOOD! The service and atmosphere was amazing! The restaurant is a little noisy but that is expected in a restaurant that size.
