Fantastic food and great service.. I will defentatly eat there again

I ordered porterhouse & stuffed mushrooms. When I tried to cut a piece off the knife would not cut a seam of gristle between the meat and fat. After struggling for a while I called a waiter, pointed out the problem, he brought me another knife. Which I tried. Same type of knife same problem. Called the waiter again, some time later he came back with a sharper non serrated knife. I then had to cut away the sheath of gristle from the meat to get to the curable/edible meat! By this time the meat, the chips and the mushrooms were cold. I requested that they be reheated. By this time my guests had finished their meal and were waiting for me. A truly horrible experience, the likes of which I have never had before! In hind sight I should have sent it back when I first saw the gristle! Additionally the waiters should have taken notice of what I was saying about the gristle and returned it to the kitchen! Extremely poor service!

Best food and their customer service is outstanding. Cruz in particular goes above and beyond every time we visit.

Delicious Steaks. Mine was slightly under cooked. But still fine. I’d rather under than over. Great flavoured side dishes as well.

Food lived up to expectations however a very poor wine list - it needs improvement to cater for white wine varietals rather than the emphasis on Reds

I've been going to Parker's for 12 years and the quality has slipped. Prices have gone up (as expected), but you get less chips and sauce, and out of the 8 steaks we ordered last night, only 4 were cooked correctly. We even needed to send one back. On a good note, the main waiter we had, had fantastic customer service.

Friendly staff. Steaks cooked to our liking. Could have done with some steamed greens as a side option. Background music would be nice.

We love the natural atmosphere at Parkers, It's a true stakehouse and doesn't try to be something it's not. The staff is always friendly and both meals and drinks are reasonably priced.

We arrived 5min after our booked time and our table wasn’t ready and we were offered a table next to the door and a bit breezy which wasn’t ideal. The food was fantastic and so was the service And overall very enjoyable

As always - an exceptional meal with great service all round.

I’m happy to pay a lot for a really good steak but comparing prices with other restaurants, l’ve had steak as good or better, with nicer chips (not fish & chip shop chips) and excellent sauces included in the price. (Not $5 extra per serve). The meal wasn’t bad, but there’s too many great restaurants around for me to bother going back.

The service was fabulous and the food was delicious, cooked perfectly to our liking.

Steak was cooked to specification and flavoursome. Drinks were well priced with many options but the glass but the sauces are somewhat overpriced and a little bland.

Sided chips isn’t good as steak. Need improvement for chips.
