I had the warm pumpkin salad with pear, baby spinach and delicious pomegranate. A very tasty combination. Would recommend. And followed by a very smooth coffee.

Popped in for a midweek lunch and found the choices and value for money to be excellent. Big serves of flavoursome food served by smiling staff. I will revisit the next time I'm in Cessnock.

Staff could of informed us about the 90minute time limit upon arrival instead of when they served our meal and telling us we only had 40 minutes left as the table was needed meal would have been more enjoyable so we took our $30 dessert money elsewhere

Scotch fillet steak cooked to perfection & Dianne sauce full of flavour. A glass of the hungerford bubbles went down a treat! Yes I recommend having a meal here...

Almost everything about the night was good. The only negative on the night was that when we attempted to go through the entrance from the carpark we had to walk down the stairs only to find a notice on the door to say that we should use the main entrance, which necessitated going back up the stairs and going around to the main entrance. Normally not a problem, but when you are in your 70’s and one of you has had a double knee replacement and the other is waiting to have one, it’s an issue. I suggested to a staff member that that note should be placed at the top of the stairs.
