Great food, polite staff and good company Will be back

Food and service was great and it wasn't noisy. Great lunch

Social distancing was being observed and maintained. It was so nice to have so much space between tables. Food was good. Had to request cutlery but that was about the only downside.

Scotch fillet steak cooked to perfection & Dianne sauce full of flavour. A glass of the hungerford bubbles went down a treat! Yes I recommend having a meal here...

Almost everything about the night was good. The only negative on the night was that when we attempted to go through the entrance from the carpark we had to walk down the stairs only to find a notice on the door to say that we should use the main entrance, which necessitated going back up the stairs and going around to the main entrance. Normally not a problem, but when you are in your 70’s and one of you has had a double knee replacement and the other is waiting to have one, it’s an issue. I suggested to a staff member that that note should be placed at the top of the stairs.

Unfortunately the most disappointing steak I've ordered in a long time. Full of fat and gristle. Did not enjoy at all. Ordered grilled Barramundi and was given battered. Staff were quick to replace. Thank you again. Two chicken schnitzels ordered were good.

Great food at the restaurant and clean tidy pub well presented

Food was really ordinary. What was on the menu as a gluten free option schnitzel was just a chicken breast. Vegetables were rock hard.

Expected of a country pub atmosphere, great food. The raffle was rigged.

We booked well ahead as we were attending Johnny Cash show .. we ordered 3 specials which were the steak and kidney pies that took over 45 mins to come out which we had to eat so quickly to make 8pm show I couldn’t finish mine .. not sure why the pies would take that time especially when they were night special .. the pies were lovely though
