Amazing food every time we visit! Combo vermicelli salad is a must!

We go for the food - always and consistently great. Down side to that is that everyone feels the same so it's always crowded and noisy and you sometimes feel like you're being rushed but that's fine with us!

Delicious salt and pepper mushrooms, and water spinach with bean curd. Also very much recommend the Vietnamese coffee. Second time I have eaten here recently and I will be back.

Exceptional service. The food was top notch. We had the Signiture Calamari dish and it was very tender, the pancake entre and the pork wontons. All delightfully prepared and presented. Thank you for having us.

First time at Pho Phd, was a great meal. Vibrant joint, can get loud however staff are friendly. Pancake entrée was awesome ! Definitely going again soon.

Clean and bright decor. Food was fresh and tasty. We left nothing and thought we had ordered too much. Our friends from the Eastern part of Sydney can’t believe how lucky we are to have such great resteraunts in our area!

Great food. The pho is the best. That Broth is delicious. Laksa was great. Caramelised pork was amazing. And the lemon drink with Soda and mint is refreshing and yum.

Service friendly but patchy at busy times, food pretty good, salt & pepper squid was delish. Decor could probably do with an update. Would go back, but not in a hurry.

Food is delicious and generous serving sizes. Meal was brought out quickly however had to wait awhile for our order to be taken. Could be a little cleaner, bottle of hoisin had sauce all over the side and there was a mop resting in the corner near the table where we were seated.

Great food. Large servings. Excellent service. We had a show to attend and we were in and out in with time to spare. Highly recommended.

Awesome place. The service is excellent. Very traditional and so tasty. The pork chops were the best I’ve ever had. We will be back soon.

The pho and food wasn’t up to it’s usual standard. Disappointed as we took friends here to try first time for them. We ordered the Pho dish and there was no herb basil instead a substitute of herb mint. Basil or Hue goes with Pho like a hand and glove. Friend ordered the Banh Xeo pancake but it was average and deviated from the authentic version. The herbs were also not washed properly as we could see the individual insect eggs on the mint leaves. Other friend ordered the Com Tam, broken rice dish but it was made using normal long grain rice and the meat loaf was not deep fried. Not sure we will come back as this feel below the great standard we experience from prior visits. Plenty of good Viet places popping up in marrickville so might try them out instead.

Great value for money. Food is very delicious. Loved the Vietnamese crepe. Staff are attentive, and orders came out very quickly. I’ll be back again.

I believe from reviews on Trip Advisor people come to this restaurant for the pho and enjoy it. We ordered other dishes and they were edible but unenjoyable. It was our first time there and we would never go back.

The food was delicious and ample in size.No faults. The noise of the full restaurant was hard to take .If only there was softer decore.It was disappointing not to talk to my immediate guests at table without leaning in to hear. A common fault with many fine places

One of my favorite places for pho and good value. Good and consistent Service and food. Pho had plenty of flavour with depth and generous servings.

Great food, well priced, relaxed atmosphere. Loved the rice noodles, lemon grass pork and wonderfully fresh salads. Vietnamese spring rolls and fish cakes were excellent too.

The food here was OK, and reasonable value. The service was a little chaotic, with some dishes not appearing until most of our table had finished eating.

Ok Vietnamese food, seemed like menu had a lot of Chinese style options. Food reasonably priced and service was great, except they forgot our rice. We might try another restaurant next time, many options in the area.

Pho PHD has such good and well priced food and really friendly wait staff. You can byo wine too which is great! Love this place.

This is a terrific restaurant. My friends and I had a banquet and everything was very good to excellent. Only criticism was the shaken beef was a bit chewy. The pork dish was amazing.

This is a great restaurant. Wonderful food. Quick service. And BYO. The pancakes for entrée are amazing. And we had the lemongrass and chilli squid and shaken beef for mains. Delicious. Also great for takeaway.

Great big bowls of hot delicious pho. Cheap and plentiful. Lots of side dishes and Vietnamese style dishes from stir fries to curries. Noodle and rice dishes.

This is not our first time visited this restaurant. Like our previous visits, pho phd has been consistently good with quality of foods they have been serving. Tasty, just the right amount, good value for money. Services have also always been efficient! Definitely will come back!
