Pinocchio - Kew

We arrived for our booking...and it was shut. Great way to start a night out. We booked online, it said it was open, very angry and dissapointed.

Staff obviously no permanent member s felt little unorganised. ATM machine down and we weren't told till. I'll time.food ok however a little undercooked gnocchi and chips.

It was a quiet night so it was really lovely and not too loud. The meals came in a timely manner and the service was just right - attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious as always and decent servings, we definitely did not go hungry. Will go back

Food is actually very good 5+, my only issue was that when I booked online, in the comment section, I advised that the occasion was my daughter's b'day. Upon arrival it didn't even seem like they were expecting us. I mentioned occasion to the waitress and no happy birthday wish. Service was slow, which isn't a big deal but when it's empty?? I'm hoping it's a one off as we've gone there before and it was good, hence my daughter choosing that place. Just wished for acknowledgement when a special occasion is happening. I still recommend this place!

The service was excellent, but the pasta was very spicy and the other guests food looked pretty unexciting. It was not noisy and we were able to hear each other very easily.
