The staff were all so lovely! Customer service was absolutely on point and everyone was very warm and welcoming. However, food was not very impressive. We ordered the $80 sampler. The pork ribs and brisket were very dry and those were the two things we were most excited about. Definitely not worth the $80 we spent. However, the staff really made the experience better and were quite lovely to be around.

I expect that a restaurant should be inviting. So on a cold day outside there should be some airconditioning to warm the place up, Drinks were ordered and wait times of up to 20 minutes. Having one person to wait on 30 diners is very poor.

Great atmosphere and really lovely staff. Only suggestion would be a little more seasoning in the Mac and cheese and maybe a light glaze on the ribs before plating. Key lime pie base absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back again.

Food was nice, brisket was a bit cold. Service wasn’t amazing, we had to ask for the kids juice/ice cream. Staff were friendly though.

Had an amazing time. The whole team was quite great, special mentione to Rhihanna who was amazing and seemed to know what we needed before we could even ask. She was so nice and efficient. Looking forward to revisiting the restaurant very soon.

Everything was good, apart from where we were seated. We were seated near the front door, under an open window. There were people sitting at a table just outside who were smoking. The cigarette smoke and smell were coming inside, as there is no window to shut (it's just an open window that gets covered at night). It was actually very unpleasant to have people sitting and smoking outside, as the smoke was coming into the restaurant.

I have been coming here for years, and the quality of the food and service is always on point. You get great-priced combo choices or you can just order the parts you want the most. There deep fried mac and cheese and rice are unreal side and you can not go past their cornbread. Highly recommend!

The food was warm, not hot, not freshly made. Even the chips weren't hot. The meats weren't tender and moist as you'd expect. We refused to try the sauces (tomato, bbq, mustard) on the table because they were so watery. The cherry pie was delicious!!!! Perhaps if the ribs etc had been heated in a steam oven they might have been more moist.

We were greeted in a friendly manner & order instructions given clearly. The food was absolutely delicious, lots of options & exactly what you’d expect from a barbecue restaurant. We were offered takeaway containers (without having to ask) for our food. Kids enjoyed the free refill option. My husband was in heaven with Coors on tap. A great night out & highly recommend.

Food was good, gravy should be included and paper on your plate probably not essential.

First visit and won’t be the last!! Food was absolutely amazing and so tender!! Love the takeaway boxes too for the leftovers and the bottomless soft drinks were a nice touch! My only negatives were that the table was very sticky and they ran out of Cookies & Cream pie! We’ll be back 👍🏻

We knew this was casual dining and it was casual but we found the food delicious, the staff helpful and generally enjoyed our visit.

The food and wait time were great, but the customer service could be improved. After being seated, I was asked to get a menu from the front, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. This seemed unnecessary and gave the impression that customer experience wasn’t a priority. The blonde male server appeared disengaged on both visits, lacking enthusiasm and attentiveness. A more proactive and welcoming approach from staff would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Ribs are mad aye. Food was great, atmosphere was quite nice. Seating was a little cramped but overall great experience and we will definitely be back. - Jesse and Angelina.

The food was tasty but not good value, the tap beer was very poor, tasted off and the range is too limited. Service was fast and efficient, but the menus were dirty. There is no indication of where to park, so had to do a few laps to work it out, good job I had my Smartrider. The noise level was too loud for conversation.

Overall it was an excellent night catching up with family. Just two things distracted from excellent. One - noise level was a little past comfortable for communication across the table by about 15db cut in volume would be great. And two - sticky tables, I am sure that it's the type of treatment of the table that is creating the stickiness, the actual paint itself. If you wanted to fix this, you would take that layer completely off and oil the wood rather than put a painted surface on. Painted surfaces all react with a chemical regular clean, making them sticky. Apart from those two things, every was great.

Food was good, except pork ribs where dry, and no aircon so hot on a warm day.

Got food order wrong, 7 people standing around talking but could get anyone’s attention so left it. Soft taco was hard shell and tasted old. Needs some better management there ..at least the meat was good !!

Wev been to Porkies a few times now and each time we have had good service and food. Our meals today were exceptionally well, from the entrees to desserts. Our kids love the bottomless cups, and the dessert pies are a nice finish to the meals. It can get a bit loud when the place starts filling up, but that's just to be expected at any place. The little play area good for little ones as well. Thanks to the team.

Food was good we all enjoyed it. Was disappointed that there was not unsweetened ice tea.

Really enjoyed the evening - I couldn't complain about anything. Food was great, company was great and the staff I had anything to do with were all excellent.

We arrived earlier than our reservation with our two school aged children. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Fantastic all round
