We always enjoy the food, the service and especially the environment at Ramon's at Willow Pond.

Great service. The food was delicious and very family friendly.

Food was absolutely awful, left most of it, prices were sky high, of course the grounds are beautiful, have been there a few times before and enjoyed it but today was dreadful and dreadful value for money, wont be returning.

First time visitor. Restaurant ambience is excellent, Will be visiting again

Went for breakfast which was good value. Service was slow after we had our meal. There was only one guy serving. He was doing his best but could not keep up. He needed assistance.

Food service was 1hour 15mins wait milkshakes was milk with sugar (not milkshake) very poor should probably close restaurant and just open cafe for coffee only. Garden is beautiful

We had a large group of aged care residents (previously booked), we were disappointed of the waiting time for a coffee and piece of cake. With one staff member on to take orders, coffees, serve (Which we ended up doing ourselves) and the residents didn't get morning tea til after 11. The whole purpose was to enjoy a morning tea looking over beautiful gardens, feed the fish and go for walk around the gardens. Unfortunately only a couple of residents got to do this due the large waiting time for a coffee and the rest missed out..We only get one outing a month as a nursing home so this is very valuable time and it is precious! We strive to make the outing enjoyable. The residents are still complaining obout the service time today.

We had the couples special and it was such good food and such good value! Would go back for sure - even when special runs out.

Even though we had to wait till a long time for our lunch it was excellent & our waitress was very friendly & very helpful

Great night but food etc but was asked to leave as restaurant was very slow and the wanted to shut up early, hadnt even finished our wine.

We enjoyed our breakfast with family, Our waiter needs to be aware, when you ask a question re what is in a particular item of food or can I change what I am asking for slightly, be pro active and find out instead of saying I do not know. Otherwise the venue and food were excellent and beautiful grounds surrounding you. Thank you

Once again enjoyed our seniors lunch with friends and had a very nice meal with excellent service. Lovely surroundings and air conditioned comfort on a warm day.

I booked a table over the internet. The table was ready and set outside. The gardens are beautiful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and meals were a good size and very tasty, we will be back.

Great venue, great staff, great food. All I. All a lovely day out for us all on my daughter’s birthday. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch.

The service was fantastic. Waitress was very accomodating, friendly and quick. The meals and drinks were excellent at a pretty reasonable price. We love the grounds ... always relaxing to go there. A beautiful night to go out and sit on their patio. This place is a gem hidden away in Canning Vale.

The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. The kids menu was a bit "grown up" and not what i expected so had to order more chips. The gardens are lovely. The staff was friendly. Will go again but will be careful of what i order.

My sister is down from Malaysia for a holiday. Rated her Barramundi dish the best meal she's eaten while here, and we've eaten out a lot over the past month. Eat outside if you can.

Fabulous food, wonderful atmosphere and the grounds are lovely to walk around after your meal. The waitress was very responsive and helpful and the steak was cooked perfectly!

A really interesting place, the Japanese samurai costumes and art works were leading into Lovely gardens, you can buy some feed for the koi fish, play garden chess, yummy share plates, and very friendly welcoming staff.

I think we picked the wrong night to eat. Not many patrons and we felt like we were holding the staff back from finishing for the night. The food was okay. Been here for lunch before and enjoyed that more than the dinner.

the food was thoroughly enjoyable and the service was prompt and amiable ,it was surprising to find such a beautiful garden in an industrial area perhaps you should consider picnic baskets for outside

We had a lovely meal on Tuesday 11th December. The waitress was fantastic and very patient with our son who has special needs. Not only was the food great, but the whole experience was happy. Thanks so much Ramon’s!

The meal was good but a bit overpriced for what it was. The setting was very nice. It was a relaxing place to have a walk in the garden and ponds. The service was very good.

We ordered Angus beef surf and turf, arancini and calamari salad. The beef was really good, it didn’t taste like sirloin but eye fillet. Fantastic! The view near the pond was beautiful. Will definitely come back.
