It was just about a perfect day, the gardens and the water lilly flowers were all in bloom, they were beautiful as we sat down and enjoyed a delightful lunch served by two cheerful waiters. A day that would be hard to beat. Thankyou

Staff & food the best, out with friends from Butler, we all had a great afternoon. Spent a few hours there & all enjoyed it. Been dinning out quite a lot this month, Ramon's was far the best, including value for money Ray. 21/11/2018

We had a wonderful experience for 16 people. Gardens are always beautiful for a stroll, and samurai collection very interesting too! All our guests were from interstate and loved it. Very convenient location.

Friendly staff. Had the set Pensioner menu which was offered so we didnt need to ask, which was nice. Good choices for main, coffee and desert included. Beautiful garden to walk around and we didnt feel rushed. Very pleasant all round, will definitly go back.

Service was slow and poor. Food just average. Won't be returning in the near future, there are too many good establishments to waste time and money on those not getting it right.

We are regulars at Ramon's and never disappointed. The food is always delicious, we never have room for desert. The service is relaxed but timely and the atmosphere is pleasant with the beautiful pond and gardens to look at outside, or to sit by if you fancy.

The service has deteriorated since last visit for breakfast...very slow. There were 7 of us and we all complained about the toast being too soft and not toasted.

The food was average. I had the Barra with beetroot that seemed straight from the can. My wife had the pork belly with a quinoa salad. We also shared a salt and pepper squid salad. All the food seemed reheated and thrown together. The service was good and friendly. The place was clean. We went at night so we weren’t able to enjoy the pond.

Food was fantastic, Service let the overall experience down , mainly because the wait time for our drink order took far too long Would retry dining there again in the future

Was not impressed with the meal which l ordered-'Smashed Avocado'. Rockets were not fresh, more like they have been sitting in the fridge for more than two days-it looked horribly wilted. The avocado was not even smashed but rather cut into uneven small pieces. Eggs were done beautifully. Overall, the meal portion just not justify the price charged. However, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful.

The coffee was cold and the bacon that I paid extra for was also cold. The plate was covered in balsamic vinegar to dress up the plate however I can not stand balsamic vinegar it was all over the plate and completely ruined the meal

Lovely environment, good service. The food and drinks menus were reasonably good, but food preparation was a little dissapointing. My burger was difficult to handle as it had excessive dressing through that it all fell apart when trying to eat. So a bit messy.

Could not fault the service, attentive staff and accommodating to food allergies, food was delicious and such a lovely setting. The only concern was that the garden path was a little difficult to navigate with a wheelchair.

Very lovely restaurant, great food and service. Highly recommended. One star off because people who ordered long after us, we're served before us and we needed to be somewhere else in 1/2 hour. We still made it! 😉 Have eaten here several times and there's always great food and service. Will be back.

Food was nice but service was marginal. My friend choked on some food and I had to run to get water from the dispenser. Restaurants should serve or offer water to all patrons once they are seated. I received the wrong order and it was rectified and my friend’s food had gone cold by the time mine arrived. The restaurant was quiet, only 4 tables occupied when we got there.
