We were given an iPad to order our food. We thought the iPad was good as it has photos showing what we’ll be expecting for the food we ordered. When the food was served up, it was totally different from what we had ordered! We ordered Sichuan Fried Rice, but the waitress gave us Yangzhou Fried Rice! I told the waitress to take it back as it was not what we had ordered, but she insisted that it was. Then I told them to look at the photo on the iPad, and they explained that the lighting of the photo taken was no good, that’s why it was not truly showing how the Sichuan Fried Rice should look like. I’m not accepting their excuses, if the photo of the dish was wrong, then it should not be shown to the customer! So, we cancelled the Sichuan fried rice. We also ordered a chilli chicken dish, but a different chicken dish was put on our table! We’re so fed up this time, so we just ate it. We ordered plain rice to replace the fried rice, and was told that plain rice is free flow so customers can have as much rice as they like, but we were not even given a bucket of rice while other tables have a bucket of rice! When we ask why did we not get our bucket of rice, the waiter said he thought we didn’t need it! We paid for it, of course we want it on our table, otherwise the restaurant should refund us the money for not delivering our order!!! The restaurant’s toilet is dark, and dingy, dirty and smelly. This is a common problem in many Chinese restaurants, they don’t seem to care about the state of their toilets. Providing a clean and hygienic toilet is also part of hospitality, I would be ashamed of the filthy toilet if this was my restaurant! We thought the level of service and food were below average. This restaurant has failed to impress us, we won’t spend our money there again.
