Great food, attentive staff - much better in a group for yum cha. There were a few very sad looking couples just sitting at small tables on their phones and they missed the whole vibe.

We have switched to Red Emperor as our city Yum Cha place now after this initial try. Food is good quality and customer service levels are very high. Food could be less salty though.

Fantastic service and amazing food. We had a show to get to and had arrived for our booking late. The staff were very accommodating and rushed our food out with perfect timing all while providing the highest level of service.

The food quality was great but the waiting service staff was very poor, The wait staff were disinterested and made us feel like we were an imposition, We had a large table and had to ask multiple times for chilli sauce, limited food was bought out on the trolleys so we often had to order extra from the kitchen and we had to ask for desserts to be bought out, very ordinary

It was good as usual; we are regular diners when in Melbourne

Service was great. Waiters were all really attentive. They had a good selection of steamed dim sum which is great. We had the all you can eat dim sum buffet. We really had a good time there.

We were a large group and we ordered the banquet. Everyone thought the food was tasty and plentiful. The beverages on offer were vast and the wine we selected was excellent.

Red Emperor came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is amazing There were plenty of options on the menu for me (gluten free) We will be back, for sure!

Yumcha at this place has nice ambience and service. The staffs are hardworking and ordered the dishes that we requested. It has a bit of reno interior except the lift is broken down.

We had an amazing dining experience, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic. We had two people with us that had allergies and one was coeliac. The staff were very attentive to their needs and ensured no foods were cross contaminated.
