Delicious roast duck rice with accompanying house soup and a side of Chinese greens. The sauce from the roast duck makes the entire dish extremely moreish and mouth watering…

A little disappointed with the quality of the roast duck portion. It was full of bones and little meat. Further to that they have become lax in the QR check in to comply with COVID Safe procedures. No QR signs were up that were related to contact tracing only QR signage for advertising and promotions.

Delicious flavourful Cantonese roast duck with egg noodles and choi sum is a hearty meal to warm up to on a chilly wet autumn day. A complimentary house soup and Chinese tea is served prior to the main meal. Totally satisfaction indeed after the completion of my quick lunch.

    Important Update:

Quandoo is closing down. This is a planned, phased process and our platform remains available until 30 September 2026.

Roast duck served with it’s gravy and juices accompanied with choy sum plus steamed rice is mouth watering, delicious and satisfying. This is also an easy and popular take away option as a queue formed, as I enjoyed my dine in, during the 5pm rush hour of people heading home.

Always a delight to see freshly roast meats especially the roast duck being taken from the kitchen to the front counter by the chef. The roast duck is always delicious, mouthwatering and flavoursome. I request always just the duck breast to accompany my noodle soup.

Came based on the high Zomato rating. The roast duck was ok, perhaps the cut I had wasn’t the tastiest and fattiest. Quick and efficient service.

I have stopped frequenting Roast Duck Inn for some time for good reason as I have found the quality of it’s staple product of roast duck and barbecue meats have fallen below previous expectations. The char siu pork was dry on this instant and so was the roast duck.

I sense there has been a change in the chefs at Roast Duck Inn. Two of the dishes ordered were totally incorrect as they came out individually. My order of roast duck and rice appeared rather poor with soggy rice and near to meatless duck comprising of bones. Within eight hours I believe I came down with food poisoning. Enough said.

Delicious roast duck, barbecue pork, roast crackling pork, soy chicken plus more. Take away or eat in. Before you leave take home some frozen packets of dim sum of your favourite variety to snack on by just steaming them when required.

Dining later after 8pm proved to be a better option on Saturday evenings as most of the larger family tables had vacated from an earlier sitting. A delicious meal of steamed scallops with XO sauce and garlic with vermicelli, fried rice with shrimp and roast duck, followed by stuffed prawns with Japanese silken tofu and shiitake mushrooms were all mouth watering and satisfied two hungry diners.

Saturday nights attracts large tables of eight or more with tables of families or friends out for dinner. Advised to make reservations ahead of time. Busy with queues at the door.
