This was a great local find. The service was top notch and the food was excellent too. I would highly recommend a visit. I can't wait to go again!

Too loud. The musician was another layer of loudness that totally spoilt our night out. Service fantastic, cocktails fantastic, food so so.....brushetta, pork belly and soft shell crab tacos best of our 7 courses... would try again but not on a Saturday night..

Service and food 6 out of 6 but the live performer was not very good at all. Saturday 3.2.18. The outdoor area’s lighting is far too bright feels like you’re under the spotlight (nice area apart from the very bright lighting)

The tapas, drinks and general vibe of RockSalt is A+++! The staff are friendly and always add that little bit extra to a great evening. Highly recommend!

Awesome food with a friendly atmosphere. Had the gluten free option of the tapas seven. Was delicious! Golden gaytime cocktail is a must - tastes just like the real thing!

Great food and awesome service. Top off with some fabulous live music! Highly recommend for a fun casual dinner with friends or romantic night with a love one.

As we do not go out very often without the kids hubby and I planned our night. Booked two weeks ahead for 6pm on a Saturday so we could have a couple of cocktails before the entertainment started then enjoy a slow array of tapas and drinks into the evening. So disappointed. We arrived just after 6pm was seated on the side verandah area which started filling up with people from a private function which made it hard to hear each other talk let alone hear the singer that started inside at 7pm. But that didn’t matter as we were ready to go by then as all four dishes we ordered were served to us within 35mins so we were full with no reason to stay. Special night out and we were heading home at 7.30pm. I must say the food was delishous, just wish it had come out slower so we could eat it all whilst still hot.

Family of four, sitting outside under cover on a warm summer night, terrific selection of tapas dishes - all eight we chose were excellent. Cocktails and a reasonable win list, very good service and a reasonable price to boot. Does not get much better than that!

Such a gem in our local area! With excellent service & delicious food in a great atmosphere especially over weekends when they have live music to add to the ambiance! The cocktails and sangria jugs are to die for!

The restaurant is fantastic with plenty of atmosphere.. The staff are friendly kind and help with any needs or requirements. The food is just Amazing and so much variety. It’s wonderful to see vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and the variety of beverages and cocktails tops the night off .. I felt the bill was reasonable. My party of three had a wonderful evening and we all cannot wait to return.

Food and service was great. We especially loved the dumplings, stuffed zucchini flowers and crispy pork belly. Great restaurant for a get together or celebration.

Service did not feel personal. Felt like just another number. Was in and out after 7 courses in one hour. They came out so quickly I barely finished my drink and there was no room on the table. Food was beautiful.

Nice ambiance ......small tables needed near sofa seating. Food Pretty average . Staff friendly but could be a lot more attentive and suggest menu items.

Great food at good prices, with a lovely ambience and live music. However the bathrooms were in a poor state (toilet blocked, paper towels overflowing in bin) and need to be attended to by staff more often.

Beautiful food, very attentive staff and the setup of the restaurant is lovely, especially the tuba hanging from the ceiling. Very reasonably priced, and am keen to try one of the cocktails and sangria variations on my next visit

A varied menu enabled us to find plenty of items that we liked. The food was great. The service was very good. The restaurant on a Friday night was quite busy, however everything went well. The drinks menu is very wide ranging. The value is reasonable, with the set menu option very good value.

Delicious food, good range on the menu that caters well for 2 people dining or for a larger group. It is great value for money, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I go there a lot and love it each time!

The sangria was delicious! Food and vibe was amazing. Would have been better if all the food came out at the same time instead of one tapas plate every 5-10 minutes

We went on Friday night. Tapas food is delicious. Its very noisy and hard to talk to people your table. We had the set menu and were happy with it.

The food was delicious and we were eating in no time. Service was good but there is some room for improvement. I will definitely visit again.

We ordered from the set menu, there were 4 in our group. The place was very busy. We arrived at 6pm and left at 9:30pm. The service was good at the start but seemed to be non existent towards the end of the menu. The food was nice, i didn't like the crab Taco but 50% of our table did- so i would just consider that personal choice. The music was too loud to talk (and we where seated on a table further away), but i thought the set list was good. We had a dessert cocktail-very nice.

Celebrated our daughter's 20th birthday there and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food & drinks. The staff are a credit to your establishment. We see ourselves visiting again

Staff were great and very welcoming. Service was prompt and the cocktails were made well. Unfortunately we had been previously whilst under different management. This visit the food was very disappointing from a variety and quality perspective. The menu has a lot less options and seems to have risen in price. The food we received was mediocre at best including a very soggy pork belly. Sad so say we have lost one of the best restaurants in Sydney.

Great buzzing atmosphere, staff were very attentive and fast. It was very full so might be why food took a while and then came out all together. Only thing I would say is tapas portions were very small for the $$.

Just the coziest restaurant with great food and beautiful staff. Ellie is just great - hardworking and customer focus. Young Ben is the best host. The food is fresh and tasty.

The food was delicious. Our server was very polite and came to our table frequently for drink and food service. He alone would bring me back. The atmosphere was great apart from a very rowdy group (function/ party) behind us. Will definitely be back

We visited with a group to enjoy a mid week wind-down. We absolutely loved our night. The environment was relaxed, sophisticated and spacious. The service was fantastic; attentive without being instrusive. The food was incredible and the cocktails speak for themselves. I will not hesitate to book with you next time!!

Food came out quickly serving sizes rather small. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our cocktails both the times that we ordered them.

Meals were lovely and the girl singer was very good. Staff friendly and even though it was very busy our meals didn't take too long too come out

The food was delicious but it did take a while for it to come out - we were there for just over two hours (it's important to note that they were quite busy). Our last dish was the meatballs and one of them was raw in the middle. The restaurant kindly took the meatballs off the bill and gave us a 15% discount for that. I recommend going on a busy night like Friday, maybe sometime during weeknights.

We went for lunch on a Sunday. It was the perfect place to sit and enjoy great food, great service and a really great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and really helpful and provided excellent service. The food and drinks are definitely reasonably priced and great value. Will definitely be regulars and highly recommend.

great atmosphere, nice service, great food , fair price. We came on Saturday night and we also really enjoy the live music on that weekend. We will definitely come back for another round of tapas and drink.
