Atmosphere was okay, a little noisy. Food took too long to arrive but overall it was OK.

We chose to come for fathers day which was the first time we have been since Rocksia was renovated . Unfortunately lamb shanks special was sold out by 2pm but we enjoyed the other choices we made.

We used to go here all the time, tonight the service was terrible, they had no drinks available on tap, not even lemonade. Staff struggled to even take our order and said the menu had changed which it hasn't. Food took ages and the bathrooms were so filthy.

slightly disorganised with trying to get in and needing to walk around ... but all good when in ... self service little crap ... but is what it is at the end

Was a regular before COVID and so thought we would visit again but was very disappointed. The food quality has deteriorated greatly with 4 of the 7 meals we ordered not able to be finished. Lamb Wellington was so raw it was horrible, the seafood paella was dry & tasteless. Seafood plate although plentiful the octopus was rubbery, fish unappealing only calimari was edible. The only edible food was grilled chicken & chicken Caesar salad as well as kids fish & chips. I would recommend sticking to basic food & away from specials. So disappointed & their prices are not cheap.

Food was great but Menai was a little limited compared to our last visit but I assume that’s due to the current Covid restrictions. Service was fast and staff were friendly and helpful.

We chose the Rocksia because they had a good Covid plan. But on the night there appeared to be some confusion regarding table service, with signs asking us to stay seated but then no staff came to take our order. However that said the food is consistently good here, so we will keep coming back.

The staff were lovely, helping with COVID stuff, updating the loyalty program, food nice, drinks paid for with loyalty points, which the barman pointed out, so good customer service too. The place was clean and tables were sanitised as soon as people left.

Staff behind counter were extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much of a bother even in the kitchen - a different experience from our previous attendance there - will definitely be back! Thanks Rocksia Staff - you ROCK. :)

The guy at the door was very accommodating when we wanted to move our booking from the noisy bistro to the quiet of the other area.

Service was quite slow and no tarte sauce with fish and chips didn't ask for it cause service was slow

Dining experience was good .. Meals were nice.. coffee too strong. Overall it was a nice dining experience except for the lack of desert. 😊

It was a great dinner. The bistro was very quiet. The food was AWESOME!!!

Paid for our food and after 20min wait still no food. Kitchen had forgotten to cook. Got kicked out for laughing too loud. Won’t be returning back or referring to anyone
