Ordered the ribs but was disappointed they are tough and not up to their usual standard. They did replace with with a meal of my choice so not all bad

Delicious meal at an affordable price ($25 porterhouse steak special)! Atmosphere and customer service was excellent! This was our second time at Roxby and we'll definitely be going again!

The food was amazing. Really decent serves and the variety on the menu was enormous. The service was fabulous as with the selection of drinks available.

Food was lovely, but the service let down the kitchen. No plates were given to eat our mains and getting attention was very difficult. Then we were asked mid meal if we wanted our plates cleared? When the plates were still half full? Disappointing.

Cant fault Roxbys at all, customer service and food is awesome.. Their ribs are the best, so tender and tasty the meat falls of the bone.

Good service with great Thai food, serve sizes were decent both for standard dishes as well as the kids meals. Outdoor heating in winter is a definite plus!

The service was great, the food didnt come out quickly but as the restaurant was packed it arrived in a timely fashion. Food was excellent we had a table of 7 & all but one was fantastic, the only hiccup was the pork ribs were a bit dry & fatty otherwise great. Cant complain about the price either very reasonable will be back for sure.

Good food. Great ambience. Grest Service. Steak was done to each ones choice . We were a group of 13 people. Thai green curry was yum .

The food was great some of the sauces were cold and we spent $50 on the kitchen sink and what a waste of money was expecting a lot bigger than what we got. I mean the bowl was big but it was about 1/3 full.will not order that again.

Love this place food is awesome big serves so may great looking dishes coming out of the kitchen will be going back for sure will need to try dessert next time

Service was great, was very busy but because we booked on line we were given a great table. Food was extremely good and price for meal was very reasonable. We will be returning with more friends in the future.

Lovely meals the porterhouse steak and ribs, chips and salad was a great serving and cooked beautifully our meals came out quickly. Our favorite restaurant.

Great for a group. We had 11 people. Meals were large and there was plenty of variety to suit everyones taste. My steak special at $22 was good value and was cooked perfectly. Plenty of room so dont feel you are ontop of the next table.

Our first time at Roxby, we celebrated our 25th Wedding Aniversary. We were not disappointed, we had the 2 meat grille, ribs and Steak plus a side of ribs more than enough for two, the prices were reasonable including drinks, we will certainly be going back again.

Huge portions, great service. The staff also pointed out the meals on special that week, instead of choosing from the menu, the young lady enabled us to choose the cheaper option...It was delicious ... we are going back for sure!

Pretty good customer service, nice atmosphere but most of all the meals were delicious and huge for a pretty reasonable price. The reason why they didn't get a perfect score was because I ordered a starter but asked for it with the main but because they served it as a started they then waited 40 minutes for the main... just a small break in communication.

The meals where great! But the service was extremely slack.we waited for 45 minutes for our meals. In that time people who had come in after us had already been served and left. If I hadn't said anything to the waiters our food would have been even later. Especially when we had small children who where hungry. Me and another person who was with us work in a restaurant and we both disappointed with the service. Would not come again nor recommend. We arrived at 630 and our food didn't arrive till ten to eight.

Family function for 10 great food and service. Large servings. The atmosphere was great. Allow you to take a cake (small fee applies). Would definitely recommend

Fantastic food, both Thai and Grill. Chicken and cashew nut took me back to Koh Samui! Ribs were soft and falling apart, dessert of sizzling fudge brownie, sauce and icecream was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Very good service. Didn't have to wait long for dinner. Lovely environment with a warm fire burning. Not noisy , but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

We have been to Thai Bar And Grill twice of late, the first was a good experience, but the second was not so good. Most of the meals were good but my Fried Rice was just stodgy and was awful, My grandson had Muscels of which were tough and tasteless. So needless to say we were disappointed as it was my 70th Birthday. So there you have it. A winge, Regards. Elizabeth Nicolle

Great food and speedy service. Waiters were lovely. Food was massive and delicious. Reasonably priced too. Could share a chicken parmigiana it was so big. Cocktails a bit expensive ($18) but beer was cheap ($7 pint).

Disappointed we weren't able to sit outside as requested. Was advised that a function had been booked however the outside area was only partially full all the time we were there.

The food was lovely. But the service was a little poor. Waited over 30mins to order. And although there were a number of fans it was also very hot in the restaurant even though it was relatively mild outside.

Ordered a red curry and received a yellow curry which when I questioned waitress she insisted it was red .... it was yellow and had pumpkin in and was very sweet ....

Normally have a great experience at Roxby's, but this time whilst the food was great as usual the service was a bit average. Staff were friendly enough, but not at all proactive in offering drinks / refilling drinks. Even trying to catch the attention of the staff was difficult. Also despite a mostly empty restaurant they kept sitting tables right next to each other.

Great meals, the ribs were fantastic and the chicken parmie was huge. The service was amazing all staff very friendly and didn't have to wait long for our meals to come out. Would highly recommend :-)

Service and food was very good, the staff were very professional and efficient. drinks and food were served promptly and tables cleared quickly. Some of the prices were a little pricey but there was plenty of variety. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great evening

The meal was ok but when asked if we could take the remainder home the waitress simply bought out empty containers placed them on the table and left. We sorted it out ourselves but we all thought it was a poor finish to the meal. They also turned the coffee machine off at 9pm .😜

Loved it! Thanks for my birthday dinner highly recommend! Can't wait to come back again soon; cocktails were a bit of a miss though. Cheers
