Rude and patronising staff, sub-standard food, very very loud! Won’t be back.

We had to wait a long time for our food even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. No one came to bring more water or ask if our meals were ok. We had to ask for dessert menus but decided against ordering them as no one came for our order........Disappointed 😒.

Staff were amazing! The food was delicious except the meatballs unfortunately did not have a lot of flavour. But will try something different next time.

Lovely love it here but too loud they need to do soemthing about noise when restraunt is full ,,,, its echoing and loud! they service was slower then normal and they werent like they normally are bu,t id still recommend it as its a grt place

We had great food and the wait staff were all excellent. It was a Friday night and very busy hence it was quite noisy. We enjoyed it though.

Fabulous food. Six of us went early and by 6:30 pm it was getting crowded! Food was yummy, service though could have been better since we arrived by 4:30 pm and had to ask for them to take our orders. Would highly recommend you book though, well worth the visit.

$50 Seafood plater very light on. Then lied that they previously had 2 different sizes which is why. Sweet potato gnocchi average on this vist. Chicken parmigiana overdone as well. Vist regular but maybe tme to move on.

We went with another couple , on a Sunday evening, very noisy you had to shout to each other to be heard. Food was tasty and large servings

I enjoyed our visit, as did my family, at Ruoccos, it was excellent as usual. Will certainly be visiting again, and will recommend Ruocces to friends.

I booked via Quandoo requesting an outside table for 4 as we've dined at Ruocco's previously and often and know how loud it gets inside. On arrival there were unattended tables outside with reserved signs on them. However, we were told that outside tables could not be reserved and there were no tables available and we had to sit inside tucked in a small corner in a very noisy room. This was disappointing. The waitress who told me this was also quite rude and made me quite angry. I told her we usually bring our dog so what would have happened if we had him with us and she said we would have been turned away. The food is always exceptional although we got our entrees and immediately after (while we were still eating them) our mains arrived. Ask for a break between courses.

Service was great, mostly because we booked early (5pm). Food was lovely as always and noise level was high, but we contributed to that so no problems!

Food was awesome, service was great. Table next to us were a but noisy which ws the only negative about the whole night. Thankyou Ruocco's!

Seated promptly and food arrived quickly in spite of it being very busy. Service can’ be faulted! Place was noisy but most popular restaurants are! Our only disappointment was the mushroom risotto special which was too dry and not creamy enough. Also could not taste the truffle oil.. We would go back again regardless.

Pasta was amazing, friendly service & comfortable atmosphere. Parking a bit of a pain but well worth it. The spaghetti vongole & marshmallow creme brulee are highly recommended

Good friendly staff and ptoffesional service, easy to park vehicle on South Street.

Calamari fritte in breadcrumbs ... very heavy and oily. Light dusting in flour would be much better. Waiters very good. Main courses good but amounts of food at least twice too much. Really very busy and noisy. Had to queue behind 6 people to pay bill. Clearly popular for those hungry enough to finish.

Great place to mingle and have a great feed. Food is always amazing.
