Sago Restaurant is fast becoming Kelvin Grove’s go-to for Korean and Vietnamese food that’s fresh and tasty. On Musk Avenue, not too far from the main Kelvin Grove Road, Sago is only a small restaurant but the menu is extremely varied with everything from bento boxes and bibimbaps to vermicellis and laksas. Brisbane knows Asian food all too well, so for an Asian restaurant to succeed it has to be special. Sago Restaurant of Kelvin Grove, we assure you, is special, so do yourself all kinds of favours and reserve a table before you go. The last thing anyone wants is to get turned away at the door after they’ve smelt those irresistible Asian aromas wafting up their nostrils.
Happy to recommend Sago Restaurant; service, location, and parking (Street) very good; food was very nice. A nice way to enjoy a causal evening, dining inside or out was available too.
The food and service were very good. I ordered the seafood laksa and was a little dissatisfied with the amount of seafood. I would certainly give this cafe another chance. The price is right and the service speedy and friendly.
Fabulous food and great prices. Staff were efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back with a group of friends so we can try out more of the menu
