Nice fit out and ambience. Tables are set up with tablets for menus and orders Service is quick and food was amazing, even our two fussy children enjoyed the meal. The ladies serving were fabulous and we will certainly be back again. Great work Sakura Sake
Food there was average for the price, however technology used to order food was ahead of its time. Staff was friendly, however request machine may have had delays.
The restaurant Was OK but was not authentic Japanese. Nice ambience inside and quick and friendly service. Would not return to this place :(,
So much more efficient to order with tablets at your table! You can order as much as you want without having to wait for waitstaff. Food was delicious, pleasant ambience.
authentic Japanese experience, we had edamame and ramen - so delicious! it felt like we had stepped back into a Ramen Bar in Tokyo :)
Lovely atmosphere! Took my boyfriend here for a birthday dinner, the decor was lovely and the ipad was really fun and new to order with. Staff were kind and attentive. Faves of the night were the chasu ramen, chicken karage and the salmon platter of sushi we were ordered :) The squid skewers were a tad difficult to eat but really delicious xx
I found the food very good but I thought the Ngiri wasn't as fresh as it could be. The drink selection is excellent. Ordering food through the tablet is novel and food was quick to come once you confirm the order bit the one tablet on the wall was a little small especially if there is 4 of you. I found selecting food was a little tedious and a paper menu would be a lot easier to select you food and maybe use the tablet just to order it.
The environment as well as the service are good. The iPad ordering is useful for young adults but might not convenient for the old adults due to the words and images are too small. Overall, the foods are average.
Delicious food, friendly and fast service. We booked for 2 people and were assigned to a 4 person table which was a little odd for a nice date but everything else was great.
Great atmosphere and great food. A bit pricey but it's worth it. Staff were very helpful and made our experience very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back again.
The restaurant looks good but thats about it... service is nothing special and food was well below par. Worst sashimi ive had in perth, we went on a Thursday and i reckon the fish was purchased monday! I Japanese is my favourite cousine and i was really hoping this place was going to be good.
nice variety of food choices some servings were well sized and some quite small for the price. Ordering from a tablet is a good idea but made it easy to over order or keep ordering. Nice setting inside.
Nice ambience, good food and service. Will recommend this for folks who want a relaxing jap dinner place in the city. Mid range types of prices but good for the portions served.
Quick service and great food with variety of choices. Easy and efficient ordering system with attentive staff members to make you feel welcome from the beginning
Good atmosphere, pleasant staff, good food and plum wine. Just not a fan of the selfordering through the tablet. We might come back perhaps. Thanks
Amazing decor and ambience - minimalistic, classy and Japanese themed. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious. iPad ordering was convenient. Will come again.
The overall experience was very nice! The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful with meal suggestions! Would recommend friends to try! :)
The food was fresh, beautiful and colourful. Ambiance was comfortable n soothing and all my guests enjoyed the food, sake n Sapporo beer will come again bringing different guests.
Food was average for its price and the ordering menu via the tablet was more complicated than some other places we've been to the eastern states. Great customer service though!
Modern deco, good sushi, a quiet place where you and relax with your friends and have a conversation. Friendly staffs and overall a good experience.
We were a group of 4 who were keen to check out a new swish Japanese restaurant on a fri night. The ambient was quite warm & good in a nice setting, but we felt the serving of each dish was small compared to the price. The plus side is the good service and the location.
We enjoyed our evening. All the dishes we ordered were great especially the chasu nabe. We had three types of sashimi and they were fresh and good size.
Taste wise - not bad, great presentation. Service - fairly good, waitresses were attentive and friendly. Ambience - nice. Value for money - a bit too pricey.
I found this place quite enjoyable, and would thoroughly recommend the sushi, sashimi and sake. The atmosphere is great and service was amazingly fast and efficient.
For what we paid (about $250) we expected much more. To start with we really didn't like the touch pads at each table - very difficult to see. Also things get lost in translation when ordering several dishes everything comes out all at the same time, not staggered as would be the norm at other Japanese restaurants (we go to quite a few!) There was no real customer service. Also the food was really quite bland and not up to the standard that one would expect paying such a high price. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it.
Average food but highly priced . Sashimi not up to par . Unfortunately won't be coming back here again until significant improvement is made to amend.
ALL of the food came very quickly and was obviously fresh, everything tasted great and the wait staff were all very attentive, punctual, friendly and overall terrific. Probably the best chicken katsu I've ever eaten.
Place is beautifully decorated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ordered the chicken karaage, okonomiyaki, Takoyaki entree and a sushi roll with soft shell crab. I didn't particularly enjoy the sushi roll but the takoyaki and okonomiyaki were great! Look forward to going back to try the other dishes.
Good food, friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like was the replacement of Ikura with squid+sashimi without prior notification. We only had the explanation after we realised later after finishing the dish that we didn't get the Ikura.
Great food, great service, and great sake! Everything we tried was delicious and we tried a lot of menu items! Sake trolley for the win!
It would be better if you have more variety in alacarte and sharing menues. Drinks, sushi, sashimi and mains are good. But having Japanese shochu would be even better.
