The food was bland had no flavour at all! It was really disappointing.

We went to the Vegan Pizza and pasta night and kudos to SMC for hosting this event. There was a choice or 3 pastas and 3 pizzas. We tried 2 pasta dishes and 1 pizza. The pizza was delicious tomato based one with right amount of topping, and the crust was well cooked and tasty. Of the two pasta dishes, the tomato and olive rigatoni was full of flavour and the rigatoni al dente. The other pasta was a kale and pistachio sauce. unfortunately it arrived at the table cold. it was okay but nothing to compare to the robust tomato and olive sauce. Drinks service was good but a limited red wine selection. No Pinot Noir :( the table serive was a bit hit and miss. The table next to us, that was seated and ordered food after us, got food served before us. It appears that the wait staff may have given them our pasta order? Not sure. Overall we had a very pleasant evening.

Staff were really helpful. Did notice some rude interactions from some head staff members? To the the staff which was disappointing to see. But overall food was great and the staff serving us were great.

Food was at the table 15mins before we got our soft drinks and water. The staff were impolite and disorganized, it seemed like they didn’t know what was going on. Had to ask for staff multiple times to double check on our orders and kept getting reconfirmed by various waitresses but nothing was communicated with the kitchen staff.

Had a great time. Fabulous food, great service. No surprise there was a steady stream of locals picking up takeaway pizza - they were amazing!

We had an incredible dinner on a Tuesday night with a 1kg of gnocchi special. The lamb ragu gnocchi had amazing flavour and the staff provided fantastic service!

We didn’t have the best experience sadly. We waited an hour before asking the waitress where our pizza was and we were told that other orders had been prioritised over ours(?) but that our pizza was on its way. During this time more tables were being seated and other people were receiving their food. Then after waiting another 30mins without any communication we decided to leave as our parking was about the expire. We were disappointed that we left hungry considering we’d made a reservation and it was Valentines Day. Atleast our entrees were alright and the staff were polite.

Our booking was for 8pm, understanding it was Valentine's day we arrived 10 mins early. We finally found someone that would acknowledge us and told them we had a booking st 8pm. The young man walked off pointed at a table the he just wiped and walked off. We start at the table waiting for someone to give us a meau or even talk to us. After 30mins of sitting there waiting and watching a couple just arrive and be seated and look after we decided to leave. Very disappointed as we were recommended this place by many of our friends.

Fast and friendly service, extensive menu, spacious tables and delicious food would highly recommend. I have a picky 3 year old and he thoroughly enjoyed his meals also.

Food was great, service was excellent too. Perfect place for a date night sort of thing while not being too expensive :) definitely recommended for you and your partner!

Poor communication and not as advertised. We went for the $35 gnocchi night and confirmed with management a week before. When we arrived we were told it was not running that week and they did not honour it.

The gnocchi was average, but i found the garlic bread delicious! It was a bit noisy inside too. Other than that the experience was positive.

A group of us attended their Sunday Aperol session and were quite disappointed. The service was actually terrible! Our food arrived 10mins before our drinks arrived so we had already eaten half our lunch before our jugs arrived. The waitress seemed very new and spilled half a can of beer on my two girlfriends. After that service disappeared and we had to call them over twice to get any further attention. Food awesome, service terrible! Pick up your game SMC!

Was really looking forward to this dinner as many friends had also said they were very keen to try. Unfortunately I did r have a good experience. Staff were untrained, no customer service at all. Bottle of red wine brought out that was so hot it was undrinkable, wine list said it was a 2012 Barbera, but it was a 2016 Barbera and they still wanted to charge the same price so we said no. We weren’t told about any of the specials, or that it was a special cheese night. So I wouldn’t be rushing back to this place at Gasworx, the level of service really needs to improve.

Went to start celebrations for New Year. I was expecting better, considering it was a recommendation. Upon arrival, wait staff were quite disorganised and did not know exactly how the set menu was to work. I ordered a particular bottle of wine, and was presented with another, and two dirty glasses. I asked another staff member to exchange it for the correct one, only to have my waitress return with the same bottle and tell me it was the only one of that variety they had and there is no other. I had to refer to the menu to show again that there was more than one. Eventually she returned with the correct bottle and clean glasses. While she opened the bottle of wine, conversation was stuck up about the evening, and asked if her night was looking really busy, (it was still early, 7pm(ish)), she proceeded to state, that it was going to be better than previous nights as it has been so boring and that herself and other staff members have just been standing around with nothing to do. I have worked in the restaurant industry over the years, and that is something that you don't talk to customers about. Ever. It was extremely unprofessional. The food, it was certainly not a shining pinnacle. An antipasti plate and gravlax to start. The antipasti plate was passable, though having a large wedge of hard cheese was strange, and I'm pretty sure that gravlax is cured salmon, not just sashimi with what it is meant to be cured in, sprinkled over top. Mains were quite nice and substantial. Desserts, not great. Tiramisu had far too much cocoa powder on top, and the chocolate cake was really average. Other smaller issues that I experienced - younger wait staff touching their hair or face; standard wine glasses being used for sparkling wine (I would understand if it was for cost reasons, but being a well-established franchise, I would not have thoughts so). Positives for my time there - Older staff were pleasant and knowledgeable; once the correct wine arrived it was fantastic; main course was also really good. Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything other than the cheap pizza, or a casual drink.

The Service was quick. Lunch was good value for money. Several choices of substantial fare with some really good healthy options available. A good lunchtime option near the Gasworks

The staff were lovely and food tasted really decision. Our meals were fresh and flavoursome. We visited on New Years Eve and thought the free glass of wine to celebrate the new year was a sweet touch.

Food is nice and great value lunch. Would have liked the music a bit lower in volume though. Overall highly recommend a visit. Even managed to get a park outside the restaurant.

Food was average and although staff were friendly service was a bit slow. Probably wouldn’t rush back there. Tiramisu was pretty really really good though.

Always good food. Staff lovely but the music has been too loud the last two times there. Not sure why it wasn’t that busy mid week but it was blaring and impossible to hear across the table

Amazing food! Lobster ravioli was cooked to perfection and good size. Service could have been better but this may have been due to holiday period. Highly recommend

The service was excellent, the food was very good, left there feeling very satisfied. Would definitely go there again sometime. The Arancini Balls are amazing.

Service was not great. Waited a long time for the drinks after ordering and one of the meals did not come out till the rest of the other meals that was ordered was finished. We had to request 2 different staff to check on the order and no one came back with an update

Food is great but boy the service is soo ordinary . Pity the one decent waitress as she suffers from the poor performance of the others . No tips ! Also surely there’s something wrong with allowing dogs at the table ?

Customer service was shocking. Every time our group wanted a drink or eat we had to go up to the counter to ask for assistance. The place was not busy and the staff were busy talking amongst themselves. There is also a language barrier for non English speaking staff. This needs to be improved.

I had a large group booking, the wonderful staff went miles to ensure our function was perfect. Great staff, great pizza, great night!! I highly recommend it.

Wow! We we're there for the vegan night and it was amazing. Staff are very nice and helpful, along with the fast turn out of food and the delicious variety on the set menu for that night. It's safe to say that I will be back again to explore their everyday menu. Absolutely worth it. My favorite dish was the vegan lasagne, so much flavour. Best lasagne ever. Prove me wrong.
