This restaurant has a great ambience depending on where you seated. The cheese wheel experience is unique too but the taste is not worth the price

Ok food , but really long waits on drinks ..... mains were ok .... arancini balls came a while after other mains made it to the table ... small Mains for the price ... we didn’t stay for dessert and went elsewhere ...

High Cheese was fabulous a great selection of quality cheese based food, however we waited a long time after ordering for both drinks and food and the guitarist was very loud but a table move made it much more bearable, overall a good experience for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Very boring salsa night...it is a restaurant, not a place to dance.

Was looking forward to the giant cheese wheel experience but the south bank restaurant doesnt have it🙁

I’ve been to this spot for the cheese wheel pasta night before and it was really amazing however my recent trip was kind of lackluster. My friends gnocchi looked fantastic but on a bit of a health kick I went for the salmon. My salmon was well cooked but clearly had been sat out for too long because it was barely warm. The salad was this bizzare orange and raw zucchini combo with so much parsley everything else was overpowered. Really not worth $28 at all. Staff seemed undertrained and not able to cope with the busy restaurant or even operate the tills correctly. Service and quality is always worth more than profitability - maybe some more consideration to these areas is needed.

Inconsistent with experience had at the Gasworks restaurant - Theatre of the cheese wheel was non-existent, Pasta was luke-warm, sauce was not thick rich and cheesy like I'd had at Gasworks but curdled and sparse, pizza was also lukewarm and unimpressive

Okay gnocchi. Not impressive. Overpriced for what you get. Stick to their special nights.

Service was pretty poor we had to reorder our drinks to 4 different people and got it half way thru our dinner. It was not super busy and what was ordered for drinks was not as listed on drinks menu. I had a bellini but they use watermelon instead of peach. It was not worth $14 for drink. The best part and saving grace was the food! It was amazing but sad service and bar let them down.

One particular waitress was rude, the soft drinks had so much ice in them and very little liquid, pizzas were average and when we asked for Parmesan cheese for the pasta the waitress said she would check if that was allowed and never came back. We had to go and find another waitress and we had to ask for water for the table as it was not forthcoming.

Delicious dinner and lovely cocktails, I'll definately go back soon.

Great visit and the food came out reasonably fast :)

The restaurant set up is nice and the food was quite tasty but we had to ask for the lunch special after seeing it advertised in the restroom (was not offered with the menu), drinks took 25 minutes to arrive (we checked up on those too) and food took 45 minutes.

Great service, nice atmosphere and an awesome all you can eat option.

Drinks too too long. Had to ask twice for the ordered mojito only to be told the bar was busy. Waited over 30 minutes for mains (ordered before 6:15) only to have to cancel so we could get to the show on time

They accommodated a large group of us and allowed us to pre-order, meals came quickly and they were delicious. Will be back again!
