@Sarks provides pizza, pasta and other authentic Italian favourites to the good people of Matraville from their Bunnerong Road location. Once just a delivery joint, they now offer sit-in services, and the public in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs could not be happier. They’ve expanded their menu to include starters, salads, risottos and even gourmet pizzas, so make sure you book a table well in advance, get down there with friends and family and experience it for yourself.

At @Sarks on Bunnerong Road in Matraville, they pride themselves on their pizzas. Their menu includes a wide range of toppings, from the Italian flavours that one would expect to encounter – capricciosa, margherita – to more internationally-orientated offerings, such as the Australian (bacon and eggs), the Hawaiian (with, of course, pineapple) and the Mexican (onion chili and pepperoni). Sydney is a place with many pizza joints, but few can come close to @Sarks, so if you find yourself down in the Eastern Suburbs, make sure you head in for a feed.
The standard Italian pizza fare is one thing, but @Sarks is about much more than that. Their gourmet pizzas are famed for putting just about anything on flat bread and calling it a pizza. Sweet chili sauce, satay chicken and avocado all make appearances on the menu at their Bunnerong location. Sydney foodies who make it as far as Matraville need not feel limited to just pizza too.
