Shores Restaurant Grill Lounge Bar

Totally ruined, as the restaurant is not even open which I booked the table for my son’s birthday. When we arrived there, first we wasted 30 mins to find the restaurant and then need to ask people around then once we found it and discovered the restaurant not even open. Very disappointed, will never use quando again.

Lovely staff and nice menu . Only thing that was slightly off was the menu advertising a pot of tea but when it comes out it’s a tea bag in a cup

The food was great, our main server was very attentive and always there for our needs. Unfortunately our experience was tarnished by the terrible service of the waitress who took our payments. Party of 6 and we wanted to split the bill. If it was such a problem, she should have said no, instead of rudely thrusting everyone's cards and receipts, rolling eyes and carrying on. Disappointing end to an otherwise nice evening.

The food was delightful. The satff were friendly and accomodating with allergies and food choices. Even went to great lengths to get the beer we wanted when they were out of stock.

Food is excellent, includes many GFO's, vegetarian, and seafood. Cheerful and friendly staff made our birthday celebrations wonderful. Kid friendly, the children's lounge was a hit with our 2yo grandson as was the pasta dish - good finger food!!

We found the restaurant very child friendly and the service was good. We dined before 6.30 so the kids ate free. We plan on returning.

Great atmosphere and service. Extensive menu to choose from and good wine list. Have been a few times now and keep going back. Would recommend.

Fruits of the sea was beautiful. Presented well and tasted amazing . Staff were friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was great we really enjoyed our anniversary at Shores

Great menu offering plenty of dishes, attentive staff and quick service. This was our first time here and we were quite impressed with te quality of the offering and we will be back there soon. Monday Madness promotion made it a cheap meal too wth the second main reduced in price.

Great food. The 'build your own pizza' for kids keeps them interested in their food. The TV room for kids gives us a chance to talk in peace and quiet at the end of the meal.

Loved the kids meal options, with four chidren of different ages it covered all of them. Adults menu also has a very large selection. Great resturant, we will be back

Great food. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely go here again... Wasn't packed.. tables need to be a little larger, or put our table of four on a bigger table..

Shores had great food and lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff too. Really enjoyed the deep-fried cauliflower and black rice dish, and the wine was amazing. Glad I went.

Friendly staff, lovely meals and had an enjoyable dinner with my husband. Drinks are pricey even a glass of coke is $5.50 Only gripe I had was I asked for a pot of tea as their per menu description but came out in a cup only, when asked the waiter if they had a pot of tea like I asked they said they don't do pots of tea -however their menu description :pot of tea ??

6 of us went for my hubby's birthday. Lovely restaurant and I had the Crab & Prawn Linguine with chilli. It was absolutely beautiful. I could have eaten it again 😄

Food was excellent,lots of choices on the menu and reasonably priced,our waiter was attentive and polite in fact nothing was too much trouble.His name was Philip.

While the initial greeting from staff was fine, from there the level of customer service deteriorated rapidly. We were not offered drinks, once we had ordered drinks, the wrong drinks came out. We had to ask for our meals and food quality was below standard. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Great food & service. We all had steaks & they were all cooked how we ordered them (including a blue request). We always enjoy our meals here.

My friends, my husband and I had a wonderful lunch at Shores restaurant in Hornsby Westfield on Friday and we would recommend it to everyone.

Overall the food was lovely but we found that two tables had left beside us and it took 50 min for their dirty plates to be cleared, they were attracting flys and it isn't relaxing sitting next to the smell of fish. The restaurant was 1/3 full and one would think when they delivered our plates and drinks they wouldn't of walked back empty handed. It wasn't just the waitresses at fault but all levels on the floor. My daughter ordered a make your own pizza it was a shame this was not taken back to the kitchen so it could be served at the same time as ours not 10 min later. My salmon salad was beautiful.

I had read bad reviews but decided to see for myself. Great dinner, food was delicious although my pasta needed some chilli added which they happily gave me. Service was fast and friendly. Some staff were being trained but did very well. Would go again.

The staff and manager were very welcoming and obliging. Despite the change in the weather they ensured our requested outside table remained comfortable with exterior heaters and adjustable blinds. With such a large group there were some misunderstandings and a little confusion with the younger table staff but our concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. The good was enjoyed by all and we ordered across the range on the menu. We will go again.

We (Group of 6) took a chance on an unknown restaurant to us all and I have to say that we were all impressed. The food was excellent (They must have a top shelf chef working there), not only well cooked and tasty, but presented so well that we were all taking photo's of all the dishes when they came out The service was again top shelf, friendly and they managed us extremely well. Our waiter was pretty young but we were very impressed with his knowledge of the menu, he has obviously been well prepared Highly recommended in my opinion

Delicious food and quick, friendly service. Dining outside in the cabanas is lovely. Lots of great food options for kids and a cute play room. We love Shores! It's a family favourite.

Menu not appealing. No service after 15mins, even though staff were standing around near the bar, so we left. Staff didnt care that we were leaving. A member of our party had been there before and said that ambience had changed a lot. Lounges removed to make way for more tables. We went to a restaurant down the street. Would not go back

Shores Restaurant Grill Lounge Bar got a great food and good customer service. But not much to choose on the Menu. Need to change the menu selection of food and the menu it self need to change to different way to attract customer because I found the menu is bland no colour and need some pictures of the variety of food to choose. Otherwise the restaurant is great and good food.

Nice atmosphere with very friendly service, the food was well presented and would recommend. Will certainly go back there again. Great little room for the children to go to.

Nice place that's family friendly. Kids menu for toddlers and older children. Most food options are seafood, but a couple of other dishes. Kids eat free on certain days.
