Very disappointing. Went there from Sydney for a birthday dinner and specifically to have the seafood paella. It is allegedly cooked to order and takes 30 mins. We ordered - and 12 minutes later, the stand for the paella is put on the table and the waitress said she is bringing it out. We told the very pleasant waitress that we had ordered a tapas dish to start and she vanished - only to have another waitress come out with the starter. Within seconds of the tapas being finished, out came the paella. The 4 prawns were very overcooked and floury. The 5 mussels were fine and the 5 bite size pieces of fish were ok too. The rice itself was DRY. This is a $50 dish for two - and it's meant to be the signature dish ???!! It is obvious that the paella is NOT cooked to order and the quality is very poor. Having been to Spain and had paella in Valencia, Madrid and San Sebastian, we knew what the dish should look and taste like. The staff were mainly from South America - and perhaps that's where the chef comes from. They tout the dish as "the best outside Valencia" - maybe get a Spanish chef to cook it and it would be. Along with a $55 bottle of wine and starter, this was an expensive unimpressive dinner.

Food was great although service was a little slow at the start with drinks but overall a great night with very tasty food. We’ll be back.

Great service from staff. Sangria was delish but we were a little disappointed with the paella. Perhaps our expectations of the paella were too high, didn’t meet them.

The food was beautiful as always except for the Portuguese tart. The pastry was heavy and undercooked. I ate the filling but left the uncooked portion. I reported it and received an apology but we were stilled charged for it.

Everything was great! I gave 4/6 for noise as there was a big group of people celebrating smth and they were very noisy. But I understand that when people together, when they young and happy and having great meal and some drink they can be a little bit noisy. :)

fabulous food and some lovely spanish wines in a lively atmosphere! the garlic prawns and the shared paella would be the go to dishes for me!
