Six Senses Gourmet Thai - Leederville

When we ordered our meal, we told the waitress we were saving room for dessert. Once our main plates were cleared (we had finished eating at least 30mins prior) we were issued with the bill. I asked the waitress if we could order dessert and was told the kitchen closes at 9. It was 9.15pm by this time. Very disappointing.

Ambience is very nice as is the food. The only negative is that at 10 pm the bright lights comes on as to warn you they are getting ready to close. It's a Saturday night and shouldn't close that early. I also like the fact that you can BYO wine. It makes a huge difference in price.

The food was delicious, and didn’t take long at all for the food to arrive at our table. The ambience of the restaurant is very inviting.

Nice atmosphere and the music in the background reminded me of some of the nice restaurants in Melbourne. Beef in curry tough and lamb cutlets overcooked. Not offered dessert as they were closing up the girl on the till said. The salmon entree was the best dish. It was fresh and clean in the mouth. My companion and I agreed as we like to go to restaurants to check them out in terms of recommendation. The beef in the curry was not as tender as described in menu but the flavour of the sauce was good. The duck entree was not as good as experienced at their Subiaco restaurant years ago.

The atmosphere of six senses is beautiful! Such a nice place! The green curry and stir fries are amazing! The only negative is sometimes the staff can be a bit rude

Always enjoy dining at Six Senses. The food is sensational. Service needs improving and the wait staff need to be more attentive but I feel like they are improving. Not keen on dining at night with noisy children. I wish people would leave their kids at home. Makes for a less enjoyable experience. Perhaps the restaurant could seat children away from the majority of diners.

Food was really delicious but between the first meal and the last meal (6 people) it was way too long and the first person who received their meal had to start before it got cold. Would have been nice to receive all meals around the same time so we could all eat hot meals together. No wait staff checked on us to see if we wanted desert or coffee, so we went elsewhere for that. Unfortunately for Six Senses, they lost money we would have spent there. We will be back because the food was great, so maybe the staff will be better next time? We'll see....

Food was excellent but the service was a little lacking. Not very attentive.

Some of the freshest and tastiest Thai I have ever eaten, and at a very reasonable price point too!! The ambience and design of the venue is lovely, however due to the business of Father's Day it was a little noisy. Service was professional but came off a bit cold at times.

Staff were not helpful and left us unattended for too long we had to call for service.

Food is good but I think it’s a bit pricey

Venue is somewhat crowded, seating is not about eating your food, decor needs attention to detail but the theme is richly oriental. The menus could do with a reprint, they were a bit dog eared and pages had been sticky taped together, so not a good look. The food and cocktails were very tasty just the right amount of heat and very flavoursome. They put down a excellent green Thai curry and the trio of salmon absolutely delicious

This was my first time (wedding Anniversary). My wife and I enjoy Thai food and generally is good. Apparently it does cater for westernes taste only, I didn't see any asian customer on Saturday night, I would be ok with that but not my wife. The entree was kind of ok, the soups mediocre, the one you eat at any foodhall are better. The main course was lukewarm I asked to warm it up twice, and still the mash potato was cold. We carried half to home and today I just coud not eat of it!

Service could be better. Man who served was great but ladies were not very attentive. Food was excellent.
