Good food. Prompt service. Never came and asked if we wanted dessert or coffee/tea. Automatically put a 10% gratuity on the bill. Ran up the bill without ever presenting it to me

A very pleasant evening - however the noise levels increased as more people arrived at the restaurant. The service was good and the food was good. My Red Emperor fish was very nice though would have been better with a little sauce.

At least offer tap water rather than sneaky charging for 'still' water which in most restaurants is free tap water. Meals were ok apart from Tortellini which was poor

Could not commend the staff, service or food more. My partner and I went out for a celebratory dinner with high expectations of Sorrento Restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was brought out promptly was delicious, and felt like authentic Italian food. Staff were friendly, even offering two young children (who were passing by the restaurant with their parents) some of their complimentary mints - the whole interaction enough to make me want to come back let alone the incredible food. I really can’t fault anything about the service or food, and I will be coming back very soon!

Good assortment of Italian food. Not huge serves, but definitely enough. Prices are reasonable. Good casual place to eat with family or friends. seems to be plenty of parking in the area during a week night.

We had a lovely meal at Sorrento before attending a fringe event. My Red Emperor was cooked beautifully. Others had lasagne and pasta which they thought were delicious. We’ll be back!

The Restaurant atmosphere was lovely , Food was authentic and we were all happy with our meals. unfortunately the only downside was out wattress wasn’t attentive , I had to keep asking for a bowl for my baby but she still didn’t bring it , she brought out cake out but did not provide plates , serving knife or forks I had to ask other equally busy staff where I was told by one man to help myself and open the cutlery draw ? . Some of my guests found her tone and demenour towards them while attempting to gather orders as “rude and snappy “. We are a pretty easy going bunch so , disappointed by her behaviour. That said we did have an amazing night for my daughters 21st.

Was a awesome experience at Sorrentos restaurant last night with friends. We had Great service, Great food! Will be back 100% Chilli Mussels,cabonara, salads, delicious!

Alwayz uve a good time here eating fine Italian foods , pizz & pastas with wine & entrés like aranchini balls & especially love the oysters kilpatrick ,, 10/10 for food ,,, 😋👌

Best Italian restaurant in Northbridge,great service and the food is so authentic,have had the benefit of the owner cooking for me a few years ago and things haven’t changed, Bellissimo Alfonso!

I found the atmosphere to be lively and that they staff were Friendly and knowledgeable! The food was well made and would highly recommend the carbonara!

Great food and service. Started off a little busy but the wait people were great. Food was tasty and plentiful. Excellent experience all round. We will definitely return
