South Beach Hotel

On the website the Sunday special is a roast and we had specifically booked there to partake of the roast. When we arrived we were told there was no roast - it was a winter special ( not stated on the current website). Had we known there was not to be a roast we would have booked elsewhere. The website still states a Sunday roast special. We were all very disappointed.

Hotel suits football fans wanting a drink/meal not a family group with 2 children 5 & 7 even though we went at 5.00pm

Food was great, was a busy night and still good service as always

The night was good and the food was good. It was lovely to be able to come back to the pub.

Steak sandwich minus sauce was yum. 3 steak dishes were liked, the burger was said to be average. Service was friendly and happy just lines for drink were long at times. Only negative was maybe the heater was too hot above our table and ladies next to us tried to turn off too as we were cooking. We would defo dine there again and enjoyed my bday dinner with family. Considering you were packed on steak night we thought you all did well.

Parmi night is always my favourite night at SBH. Always hits the spot!

Fantastic food, great service and a nice atmosphere. Good value

Had a great night. The band was good but just a bit to loud for a small area, other than that it is a great venue and place to eat and catch up with friends, loved it.
