We went on a monday night for my husbands birthday. The service was very slow with only one waitress. We even had to get a highchair ourselves as it was forgotten. We ordered the $70 steak medium rare and it came completely rare and burnt. The other eye fillet steak was ordered medium and was served rare. No apologies received and to be told by the waitress that it was a perfect medium rare and medium cooked steaks was obvious that she doesn't often eat steaks herself. We had to ask for the usual bread and butter usually put on table at arrival after waiting 30mins for it. We also ordered the fried onion rings which wasnt put through and ordered 1 soft drink and were served with two. Very dissapointing to say the least.

They forgot our wine and confused our food order. The venue is very nice though and when you could get a staff member they were very friendly

Great food. The ribs and steak are stand outs. When getting the ribs, ask for the extra basting. Not sure what happened last night, but the wait staff were a bit chaotic. Also, stick with the wines, as the barman seemed lost. Overall great food as usual.

Food was great service was appalling. 5 people wanted to take drinks orders at the start then waited 20 minutes for them to arrive. Entree plates weren’t cleared of the table. Ordered ribs no water bowl or bowl for ribs. Had to ask for drinks numerous times and then waited 30 mins for coffee to come out, when coffee finally arrived it was wrong. Disappointing

Overall the food was great however I feel the staff were a little disorganised in terms of their service. All in all the food was good good

We sat next to a table that was left with scraps of food up until we left. Only 2 waiters. Ordered our steaks medium rare. We got rare to uncooked. Chips were not seasoned and overly starchy. The onion rings were over battered to the point that they were flaking off. Sauces were half the quantity for the normal price. Very disappointed for a $100 meal It was not even close to half the mark of satisfaction. We complained to the waiter about our undercooked steaks and he took them to the chef who placed our 1/2 eaten steaks on the grill then gave it back to us. That’s disgusting! No to mention unhygienic. Really bad experience.

This was a first date. wait times where ok we just enjoyed talking while we waited the only issue was that they used spray and wipe of the table next to us while we were eating but we understand you need to keep tables cleaned so wasnt a big deal.

Had the feel of a "fast food" franchise. Steak was ok but nothing special. Thought it a little on the expensive side considering the quality.

We love Squires Loft in Werribee, it's the stand out amongst all of the locations. Food and service is always exceptional. Understanding that they trade until 10pm, but to be told the girls want to go home, right on 10pm after 7 of us have just spent $500+, was disappointing.

despite the absolute clown that smashed all these glasses and plates, then the damn mentos bowl. Staff were amazing, Lady who served us was outstanding in making us feel comfortable and getting us to laugh.

Dry and bland food, no value for money. Even coke wasnt fizzy.

Service was poor. We didn't receive our complimentary bread starters. Wait staff carrying glasses of drinks by hand not in trays. Drinks and meals came at the the same time. We waited 20min for someone to take our order. Overall a poor effort

Ordered a vodka martini they said I couldn’t get that because it wasn’t on the menu?! It’s vodka? Then ordered a Disaronno on the rocks...after 20 mins waitress advised there wasn’t any in stock! Ordered a beef and reef the waitress dropped the prawn kebab on the floor..it happens. My friend ordered a burger which had a nice long blonde hair in it...we are all brunette?! Then we waited 30 mins before they came to clean the plates off our table after we had finished- my friend had to go and find the waitress to take our dessert order where we waited another 30 mins for espresso martinis...which were really nice I might add. All up it was a fairly poor experience for the price!

The food and service were great and the restaurant is warm and friendly but the best part is the beer is always nice and cold!!!

The food was excellent and atmosphere was great . Very accommodating for my sons 18th with allowing us to bring the cake in early . Will definitely go again when in Melbourne next !!

The services was great my son and husband's steak was nice but my daughters steak was chewy. Value for money I feel it was over priced.

Food was amazing waitress looking after us was great..... But when it came to paying the guy had no idea....

Food was cooked the way we like it (medium). Waited 20 minutes for meal to arrive which was really quick. Staff were very friendly, a little noisy but bearable. Will definitely be going back there.

We visit squires loft on a regular basis never had any complaints however the visit last night was disappointing. The entree came out minutes before the mains. The mains were cold I generally rave about how squires loft have the best Rips in Melbourne but last night no says was on the Rios they were cold. My wife streak was asked for medium well and it basically came out raw. Had to wait 20 minutes to get served drinks

Awesome friendly quick service and great food worth the visit

My steak was delicious and my family couldn’t finish their meals because it was so much. As it was my wife’s birthday it was very satisfying for us

All round experience was good. In saying that, I have also been to a few other squires loft locations and they have a much higher standard, and the food is slightly better

Entree was not cleared prior to mains arriving. Ordered an eye fillet for my daughters 7 & 11 to share, although I told the waitress, I had to seperate the dish at the table - it was awkward. Had to ask for dessert menu and there was no check on mains after commencement of eating. So simple steps in the sequence of service were not completed - at a venue you would expect it - ie for the price etc Also, drinks were delivered, I thought the waitress was going to drop them on the table - very unstable, there was no offer for a second drink. Also the ambiance was off, lights too bright & music too low. - Just my opinion.

As usual the steak is great....it is always the best.

The food and service was magnificent and the value was great
