Good food but there was pretty bad customer service unfortunately

Mains took an hour to come. Manager walk up to us and said," you know how you have been waiting for a while for you Mains, apparently some other table got your food. Please wait 5 more minutes and the food will be here shortly" So we waited another 15 minutes by this time total wait time of 1 hour 15 min - the food finally arrived. Well-done steak was too well done and dry. Medium rare was more rare than medium and chips were soggy. Complaint while paying and they only charged for one person instead of two people. This was the second bad experience, we never going back.

Amazing food and the service was perfect especially when restaurant was fully booked out

The steak was mouth watering, loved it. The only criticism would be that salad or vegetables are extra.

We were the only people in the restaurant but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When I asked after 40 minutes if the food was coming soon, the server told me it always should be expected to take 15-20 minutes (as if I was being impatient). The service and food were both average. Rib eye was cold, chips average, garden salad was like something out of the 1970s. I wouldn’t go back.

We come to Squire's Loft exclusively for the pork ribs. Tonight's meal did not disappoint! Best ribs money can buy!! Super satisfied and definitely coming back for more soon.

Excellent rack of ribs! Great serving size too! Will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing.

We had to waive a few minutes before anyone even saw us walk in, the lady who look us to our seat asked what water we wanted, we waited 10 mins for anyone to even come to take our order let alone water or break. Food took at least 35-40 mins to come out. Had to wait at least 10 mins for anyone to see we were ready to pay.

Our meal was perfectly prepared, delicious and service was excellent.

Very decent quality food, and good portion sizes, but you pay a premium for it.

The service was terrible.. we were approached once only for our drinks order & not again for the evening. We had to try & catch the eye of the waiter for the rest of the night?. .. We were not offered a dessert menu nor an option of coffee. The food was very nice but very expensive. It was an expensive evening. ... Also one dish being the entree of ribs, arrived with HAIR(S) eewwww!!! The venue is very stylish but unfortunately the service let it down!,

Food was very good however the service was a bit average. Took about 20-30 minutes from the time we sat down before we got our order taken.

The meal was good but it was very overpriced and we waited over 70 minutes for our meal and drinks to come. Did not even get bread while we waited.

Steaks were not cooked as requested even after sending them back and no seasoning on the chips. Poor excuses from management and staff. No acknowledgment when we first entered the restaurant and had to wait 10 minutes before being seated even with a booking. Night out was ruined and we walked out as 2 dissatisfied diners. Will not be returning anytime soon or possibly never and would prefer to go hungry than to go through that horrible experience again. That was two wasted hours of our time we will not be getting back.

The food was good but because the restaurant was booked out it was slow getting our drinks and the waitress that took our food order instead of getting a few orders and handing the orders to the kitchen she should have after taking an order from a table she should of named it in to the kitchen so they can get started on cooking that meal instead of bombarding the kitchen Wth 4 at a time if that makes sense or their wise the food was good and stuff were all pleasant

Really enjoyed the meal, disappointed a couple of the drink selections were not available on the night, however an overall good dining experience. Will return again to dine here.

Great atmosphere and friendly service, food was beautifully cooked and well presented. Staff we’re knowledgeable, helpful and attentive in their service without hovering. Would happily dine here again.

Service was fantastic had an awesome atmosphere and the food was delicious and such a good menu. Everything helped greatly on my first date I will be returning for sure.

Service was goo meal was very ordinary been here a lot never had a poor meal untill last night pork ribs over cooked unable to eat 1 full rack. Very disappointed it was my birth day and wanted to go ti my favourite restaurant no longer my favourite WAYNE

Service was appalling, there was only one wait staff member on the floor. Restaurant was busy. Steak was tough and sauce was lumpy. Never again.

Terrible experience, we arrived with only 3 other tables occupied. 1 hour went by with no food insight. We had other arrangements and had to leave. Little empathy and respect from the waitresses. We will never return to a squires loft.

Meat was fantastic, sides were ok service & cocktails average.

The food was amazing. The spaciousness of the restaurant was good too. Not loud either considering it was quite full. The wait staff were either new or inexperienced. Weren't sure about things and came to collect plates while l was still eating with knife and fork still in my hand. Quite attentive though. Would recommend for a special occasion.

Asked for eye fillet done medium, came out rare, had it taken away and it came out rare a second time, complained to two staff, nothing done.

Very disappointed with the meals we received last night, the chips were old and disgusting that we couldn’t eat them . I would not visit again

Food was beautiful and came out in reasonable time and the beer was cold with great service. Will definitely be going back for more juicy steaks and cold beer!!

Amazing! Could not be happier with the food, wine or the service. Highly recommended the pork ribs as well... incredible! Staff were lovely and we'll definitely be back again soon!

Clean establishment , well presented food , meat was very good quality . Average tasting was dissapointed after all the hype about this place . Over priced

The restaurant had a good vibe with lovely food. Will return to eat there again. The young waitress who served us appeared to be learning the craft but this didn't dull our dining experience.

Love coming here. Service is always great. Staff are pleasant. But most of all the steak is just lovely. Its the best place locally for a great piece of steak.
