Our waitress was Lovely and didn't let us go without anything. Very professional and Prompt, meals cams so quick as I told her we need to be elsewhere quite quickly. Amazing and food tasted Great 😊

From booking, to service all the way through to the quality of food, faultless. Each meal was considered and clearly unrushed in creation, presentation and flavour was memorable. I never mind paying for quality experiences.

This was our second visit, & it was just as good as the first. Incredibly impressed that the waitress remembered all five of our orders (without even needing to write it down!), the food came out fast, was beautifully presented, and was hot… just the way I like it. The quality of the food here is sooo GOOD! We were checked on twice by the staff and they were all so friendly. Our new favourite place!

Food came out within 10 minutes, this is definitely not possible if cooked with care. Far from traditional Parma, nadi goreng was ordinary, calamari ordinary. For the amount of staff we would have ordered more drinks.

Thanks for fitting us in last minute. It was busy and staff were great, happy to help when they could. Food was great, drinks were a bit slow.

Service was great, food was really good, no complaints, would go back.

Loved the fantastic male host when we arrived. He was friendly and bubbly, and clearly loved his job. Other than that, not great value for money, and the meals were small with little substance to them. Table service by the wait staff was poor. We had to ask them to clear the table, and had to ask them for dessert and drinks.

Good service. Polite and attentive staff. Definitely try the Mushroom risotto it had so much flavour and was just the right serving size

From entering the restaurant to the service to the amazing food and drinks to leaving had an absolute amazing experience 10/10 Thank you Switch for making our Mother’s Day dinner so special ♥️

Being mothers day was very busy. From time of order to when we received our food it took an hr. Some food was cold. After finishing no one came to our table for any orders, we had to go to counter to ask to order coffee/cake. Our table didn't get cleared in between finishing lunch & ordering coffee.
