A great tasting experience with a large selection of yun cha. Service prompt and courteous catering for a large lunch time crowd. A large dining area.
Outstanding value for banquet, attentive service without being intrusive. Friendly and efficient staff who made us feel welcome. Delicious food that eas great value. Thanks!
Quick service. Convenient booking. I’d rather to book online than calling in to make a booking. I also really love the food there. My parents feel satisfied with the service and food too.
T-Chow Chinese Restaurant always delivers a wonderful dining experience for us as a family. We love coming to this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Chinese food. The food is excellent and you don't have to wait very long before it arrives. Our favourite is the Tender T-Chow Duck which is absolutely a must try, so moist and delicious.
The best feature of this restaurant is that you're not crammed together, there is plenty of room. However, the service is a bit "all over the place" - we had two meals come out, then the rest came out sporadically over the next 10 minutes. Maybe they assumed we would be sharing the plates? Also, I had the crispy beef - no sauce was mentioned on the menu, but it was drowning in a very sweet, sticky plum sauce. I couldn't finish my meal because of this. I would still be happy to go back - the salt and pepper squid got a good review, and overall I think it is good value for money.
Always wonderful food, and a good atmosphere. The service was good too, and they only charged us for one bottle of corkage instead of two because we only had a glass out of each. That shows that they promote client value and happiness- always a good sign!
Food still good. However servings keep getting smaller even though price doesn't go down, it goes up. Garlic prawns dish didn't taste like much this time. Bland. Wish the service would improve because it is bringing tchow down. Getting worse and worse and worse. Basically non existent. Staff communication doesn't exist communicating with other staff and especially not with customers. Sticky floors and bathrooms were disgraceful this recent visit. Seriously thinking about not coming anymore and this has been our usual since tchow started.
Food was okay service very slow had to ask for a drink several times also bought a deal for Yum Cha for four people for 12 courses but when the courses came out most had only 3 pieces and one only 2 pieces I would have thought if you bought a deal for four people there would be four pieces per serving
Staff were brilliant and attentive. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were quite generous. I would reccomend T-Chow for anyone who wants to try yumcha or just wants some authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine.
Excellent chinese food with quick service. We had a really enjoyable meal. Dumplings for entree are a must and the peppercorn chicken for main is a good choice. Salt and pepper squid was a little tough and have had better elsewhere.
