Good service, lovely food but noise level overwhelming to the point of making conversation impossible.

Food was is delicious and hot Service was very good

Some of the food was terrible, especially the grilled prawns. Our table was awful, under a staircase and the restaurant was SO expensive for what it was. We could have gone to one of the top Melbourne restaurants and paid the same. Won't be returning.

Love Taku … the food from the Nori Tacos to the Agedashi Tofu to the Duck or Pork Belly are amazing… our last visit on December 30th … they were very busy and under staffed which meant that it wasn’t quite as good as normal but we will still be coming back as the food is exceptional.

A surprising little gem in central Glenhuntly Rd. Quiet atmosphere, a very broad menu, good mainstream Japanese food with fast and capable service at a modest price. A delightful dinner. it doesn't get much better.
