Food was great overall but they forgot the dumplings we had ordered. Maybe it was an off night?

Great restaurant and the food is sensational each time. Variety on the menu was also good. They have the best dumplings and their soup noodles was also nice with generous amount. Been there 3 times now and will keep going back. Thank you Tao's Dumplings for the service.

Delicious food, very yummy and good prices. The staff who were working all tried their best but the service was still a bit hit and miss. I think though that this was because they were busier than expected due to the next days public holiday.

Tao Dumplings is a staple for our family - both uber eats and eat in - but eat in is best. Great food, excellent, fast service and a huge hit with my ten year old daughter.

Fantastic food. Please consider turning down the lights! The place has a nice decor, it's just ruined by having the lights turned all the way up. It's a bit of a strain on the eyes.

We booked a table for 5 and were squashed into a table for 4. They had clearly not prepared for our booking. We were moved to a larger table when it became available though.

We ordered serves of the pork dumplings with Szechuan chilli and panfried lamb, beef dumplings, crispy chicken - all very tasty. I’d suggest you book as the place gets quite busy!

My wife and I went for dinner last night as we had been a number of times before. We had the chicken and sweet corn soup to start as we always do but it was watery with little taste. We then had the lettuce cup (can't spell correct name) and I ask for plum sauce which never came. We had duck skin wraps which were good and then calamari which was chewy. All in all disappointing.

I have been to Tao Dumplings multiple times. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is great. The vegetarian dumplings are some of the best I have had.

I went to the wrong venue. This review is for camberwell. The restaurant was very busy and they accommodated my friend and I. The food was good but the service was slightly slow. This is an important factor for a lunch break in a working day. However, I would go back. This is a place I would recommend

My partner and I eat at Tao’s a lot and when I took my family there they were blown away! Food is fantastic and well priced, restaurant is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Couldn’t recommend them more. They are my go to Asian restaurant in South Yarra
