Overall good service, good food and atmosphere. Only feedback is that the tables are way to close to one another
We were there for a farewell. Didn’t expect it to be so busy, but it turned out great.

All food came out quick and it tasted really great.
The atmosphere was good, the restaurant wasn't too busy or noisy & the waiting time was fine. We were told we were not able to put all our meals on the same number if we were to pay separately. That was fine however there meals all came out at very different times. My entree came out before my meal however another person on the table received their main before their entree. I asked for something to be removed from my meal and it came out with it on the plate. The wings we ordered were supposed to have buffalo sauce on them- Another order of them had a lot of sauce but ours had none & we had to ask for the sauce to be put on. After we had finished our meals, we sat and had a drink for about 1 hour and no one came to clear our plates. Our plates sat there until we left. Overall, the experience was not good. The food is not cheap & we did not get value for our money. The service was not good either, we were completely forgotten about once we received our meals.
Staff could of been more friendly, this was our first time to this restaurant would of been nice to been told to go to the bar to order instead of figuring it ourselves, bathroom checks and cleans should be done, toilet paper was all over the floor.. But overall food and atmosphere was amazing
BJ9NQ24 The food was good, however, I ordered a veal schnitzel, and received a chicken schnitzel instead. When I told the supervisor, she asked me if I wanted a refund to which I suggested just a discount would be ok. She agreed, but told me to remind her to do so later? I’m not sure why she couldn’t issue a voucher there and then to be honest. Therefore, I was very disappointed by her customer service skills. Please let me know if you have any questions. I was really disappointed that i had to line up to order food and drinks. I went to the one in the Rocks the service was fantastic and i expected it would have been the same. The lines were always 5 thick and took forever to be served because food and drink was being done together. I would have gone to my local pub if i wanted that type of service. Alot of loud groups standing around tables so very difficult to get through to order.
The Manager was excellent and very professional eventhough they were super busy on this Saturday night. Treated us well when we explained that one of our grandchildren had allergies. Looked after our orders as did the other staff.
Good service from the minute we were met by the lovely friendly hostess and shown to our table . Food was delicious with huge servings. Live music and great vibe . Will definitely go there again
