Great venue for casual dining with affordable and appetising food. A popular venue, so noise level was as expected, but we made allowance for this.

My husband & I took my elderly mum to The Carrington for lunch. We each ordered a different meal , thoroughly enjoyed our meal and there was nothing left on each of our plates. Compliments to the chef.

Food and service excellent only the seating was at the front every time door opened was very cold but overall enjoyed it there

Everything was great except for the level of noise, impossible to hear most of the conversation at the table Unfortunately will not be going back to the Carrington again

Unfortunately we picked a day when the restaurant was full of long tables celebrating Xmas in July so it was extremely busy. We had a long wait to order our meals and to receive them. The service was however friendly and the meals were all very nice. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry and could just sit and have a drink while waiting.

Had a wonderful time. Our ages ranged from 8 to 78 and we all enjoyed it immensely. Both food and wine were great.

It was crazy busy so we expected a little wait, but I really though the food and service would diminish because it was to busy!! To our surprise everything was still awesome!! Thanks for great, friendly service as well as really good food

While the food was great tasting the mix up of jalapeños being on our loaded fries and the mains coming out basically the same time as entrees . The food was good . As for the restaurant it was extremely noisy and so many tables where shoved in that you spent the night worried you were going to wear food or drinks that people had in there had as they tried to get by . If you struggle in tight places don’t go it was more than just tight it was extremely uncomfortable.

Food came out quick. Everything was great. Fire Extinguisher burger was one of the best chicken burgers we've had! Plus having Guinness on tap always scores high marks..

the last 3 years food , service , waiting times , all very good , last night took grand kids for treat but one was ill before the food came out, parents picked him up with his dinner in takeaway container kindly done by staff , spoiled the treat but food as all ways very good and plentfull thank you. Very good menu and selection of beers/wines. The restaurant was bright, noisey and lacked privacy. Some booths and/or partitioning would help segregate individual dining spaces and potentially help with acoustics too. Oh and dim the lights a little, it’ll create more of a restaurant feel 😊
