The beetroot and pumpkin salad had nil pumpkin. We where out with another couple and their meals came alot later than the first two meals.

Greeted so nice @ door, service was excellent, waiters very attentive, food was so tasty. Definitely be back for more. Beer was icy cold. Very busy by 7pm & little bit noisy but OK. It's a popular place

We have dined at Carringtons many times since a relative recommended Jan 2023 - we find the service and meals fantastic. It's the type of food we love to eat and there's plenty of it. Serving sizes are above average so much so that we often can not fit in their super deserts! Bests steak sandwich (traditional version). Finger licking ribs n wings Monday daily special. Recommended to family and friends who also enjoy!!!!!

Th staff re always friendly and efficient. And the food is consistently good.

I would like to mention that the quality of the pork belly that I ordered was not the best and had given me some stomach issues afterwards. I felt that the pork belly was old or possibly out of date.

Place was packed for Sunday dinner. Mum and I ordered the Sunday special being roast and veggies. Looking forward to the pork crackle. 2 small slices of meat each. Mum got a bit of crackle. No cauliflower cheese. Disappointed as usually great meals. Even though we ordered before 6pm maybe the crowd bigger than cooked for.

My husband and I do love coming to the Carrington. However, we did think our meal was over priced. We had mushroom risotto, creamy garlic prawns on a bed of rice, a pint of beer and a glass of water. It cost $78.

Great local family restaurant. Good pub food. Will go back on specials night
