Great food and excellent, prompt service. Highly recommend this restaurant

We visited on a Sunday and I suspect this was the reason the service was poor. We would have liked to have been offered dessert and perhaps another drink but instead wait staff started cleaning up, packing away and closing the restaurant. The food was yum but it was clear the kitchen weren't keen on dessert.

This time I went on a Friday afternoon for Lunch, took 2 friends to share the Meatball experience. They were soooo impressed, especially with the service and the delicious food. 10 out of 10 for the Chefs.......Thank you.

we sat near a door and it was very cold - as people left the door open all the time and my husband had to get up several times to close the door... perhaps some sort of automatic shut on the door would be beneficial.

We were a group of 10. The waitress was great. She explained all the options available to us. She also told us it was happy hour :). My only complaint is that not all our food arrived at the same time, so some were finished theirs when others were only being served.

Even though it’s called The Meatball Bar, there’s plenty of variety in the dishes they serve. Along with great drinks and service.

My son and I have been to the Meatball Bar several times. Every time we are there, the food and the service are fantastic. As my son has a Spinal condition, we always bring a cushion with us, this time there was a cushion already placed at the table we asked for. Highly recommend this place for food that is different, a variety of yummy Meatballs, the tastiest Arancini Balls, some scrumptious seafood dishes and the sweets ...OMG..Delish.!!!!

Friendly staff and great food. The only issue we had was that they kept making mistakes with our drink orders but were quick to fix them with no fuss and a big smile

Regular visit to Meatball bar - great food and cocktails. Sometimes service can be slow and hard to get the attention of staff. But the food never fails to disappoint.

Had to wait a long time for our second round of drinks. When we reminded them, we were told they did not have enough glasses and were waiting for some to cool down from the dishwasher!

Lovely atmosphere, service was great and meatball choices were awesome! Table of 4 so we shared three main meatball dishes (4 balls per dish), a ciabatta and a waffle fries plus drinks Overall we all agreed that the value for money was lacking and the serves weren’t overly good for the price - our dinner and drinks came to $190 Worth going for the experience of the balls, but wouldn’t return
