I was very disappointed when we arrived to be told we didn't have a booking. They had room for us, but I then had to ask to have a table set up to accommodate us all. The meals and service were great

Services took a very long time and other tables were served before us and we had order before us I had to ask them to start our order drinks didn't even come before I asked but when the food came I was really happy with my vegetarian cheese pancake very delicious

The food was very nice , but hot drinks weren’t very hot for coffee and hot chocolate.

Clearly, a business run by a person, group or stakeholders that simply don't care when it comes to good service. I should know! I'm a customer service expert.

Decor is looking a little tired, food was good and didn't take too long.

Sweet options were great. Kids all happy. I had a savory option - chicken filled crepe in a wine sauce. It was just filled with dry chicken, very dry. I think they forgot the sauce. Very disappointed Wish I'd gone the sweet option. Service was good

We used the online app to book but when we got there they said "heaps of the online bookings had been 'lost'". No problem, seated straight away. Ordered food for 8 of us. A few minutes later told they had run out of burger patties (at noon) which 6 of us had ordered. New orders were made. The chef needs to ease up on the salt. We all love a salty chip but our gums were receding in dehydration. Even my mushroom burger (sans meat patty) was peeling the skin from the roof of my mouth. Super noisy room (have to admit our hungry iron-deficient kids were a loud bunch and contributing to this). The staff were friendly whilst scrambling with the no-bookings, no-patties, can't-hear-myself-think situation. The pancakes were a sweet soother on our shrivelled mouths. Actually, holy moly, I can actually feel the skin is peeling from the roof of my mouth. Honestly. Avoid if you have questionable kidney function.

Good atmosphere and great selection of food to choose. Recommended

The Vegan pancakes were so so darn good but more banana & less syrup would be amazing.
