The Riverton Bar and Grill

The food was very good and portion sizes were big. Only negative is that there is a surcharge to pay bill with a card. With a credit card I might understand, but to be charged to use EFTPOS I was not happy with.

great experience. except I think there needs to be more Gluten Free options on the menu. Also I had Garlic/Chili prawns but would have preferred no Chili. Sorry I didn't read the menu otherwise I would have asked for no Chili. Also as we came with other people, Split billing would be perfect. Otherwise a wonderful experience and will go again

Still getting the food right. My garlic and chilli prawns were great although would’ve been the best garlic prawns ever without the chilli. Those that had the steaks on our table of 7 said they were cooked to perfection! Unfortunately the chilli mussels had by 2 of our guests were way to salty and over cooked so mussels were shriveled and had to send the dishes back. Great ambience and atmosphere and there was an abundance in staff which is fabulous as you’re not waiting long although restaurant was booked out.

The fries from the kids' menu were too brown and hard. The garlic bread that came with the chilli mussels were slightly burnt. The spare ribs and muscles are good. Overall food is satisfactory but not excellent.

Polite staff, tasty food, nice beer and wine. Lovely decor. A little pricey for a local but probably within normal limits for area. Glad we have a pub again in Riverton.

Food was good. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and with good grace. Lovely to have a pub back! A dedicated smoking area would be good. It’s not a good look to have patrons smoking in the carpark as you walk up. Let them have somewhere to go and you will have more repeat and regular business.

Good service. The food was a bit pricy. Chips were over cooked. Steak sandwich was nowhere near as good as other pubs but given this is opening week, I am sure they will improve in time. We will be back. Glad I booked as people were being turned away from the restaurant part.

Food was great and service was amazing. Would definitely go back. I had the chicken Parmy and it was huge but delicious. My husband had the chilli muscles and he loved them.
