We dined here for Mother's Day so expected it to be busy & wait a little but the service was amazing! They were very attentive & friendly, meals came out so quickly & all 7 of our meals were delicious but i think the meal of the night was the Chicken Parmi. They also have a kids play area which kept my 3yr old entertained for the whole time we were there which was a bonus! Would highly recommend checking out The Rivo 😁

Happy to go back and try it again. Wasn’t overly happy with my steak but was not impressed with out waitress. She really didn’t seem interested and wasn’t really listening

Well the management will definitely know which table i was on. 45min wait for our meals and 5min after being told that 2 meals weren’t available, all the other meals came out. Would have been nice to have more notice of meals that were unavailable well before the rest of the meals were ready. Then my second choice meal also wasn’t available. Funny that a restaurant ends up out of chicken of all things for all meals!!! Then the 3rd choice came out... patty melt. Well the only way to describe that was a cheeseburger on a soggy bit of toast. It was not nice at all. Now onto the table. I asked for a table near the playground. Well our table was the furthest away from the playground. So my 4yr old missed out on playing as I couldnt let her play without someone being with her the whole time. Our table location.... I asked if it was cold outside. I was told that the outside area was well protected with heaters inside. Our table was right near the end with open windows.... well it was cold. I didn’t even ask about turning on the heater near us, as it was located right behind a chair where my dad was sitting. Would have burnt the back of his head and my father in law across from him would have had an extra hot face. Those heaters are not designed to be right up against people or tables. So I had a baby outside with us and it was cold. What a crappy night to celebrate my birthday that I was really keen to come back to the Riverton after it had shut down last time. It will take a miracle to get us to come back or to tell any of our friends and family to even go. Very disappointed for a location I have lived near for my whole life.

Had the surf and turf ..... steak was about the size of a 50 cent piece with 3 tiny prawns only about 15 chips on the plate and the salad was a handful of mixed lettuce 2 pieces of tomato and 2 pieces of cucumber !! Was very disappointed !!

Ordered the chicken and it was cold on the inside. They changed it for a new one. But it took a while to come to me, so everyone else had finished eating. I will go back but just won't order chicken.

We had the wrong order delivered to our table and we notified the waitstaff. It was promptly corrected. Great food!

It was a busy night for Wednesday and waited just over an hour for our food. The food however was faultless but i think the waitress could have let us know that there is a wait. We sat outside undercover and was quite noisy.

Great experience, we asked for a table near the play area and got just that. Perfect for our daughter.

Meals were great. Good portion size and value for money.

Have dines here a few times now and will return again.

The wait time for the drinks was quite slow - 2 cocktails took over half an hour. Other than that, the food was delish, massive portions and came out to the table very quickly. The service was lovely. Bingo was excellent, so much fun! We will be back.

We went on a public holiday so I didn't get to see the full menu. Food was really nice and value for money. I had the veggie burger, would definitely have again. Overall nice lunch!

Servings were very large so there was a bit of wastage. Wines a bit on the expensive side for what they were.

The fish and chips were great and the kids loved their ribs. My husband enjoyed his chicken burger and my Caesar salad could have been fantastic if the chef would have agreed to poach and not fry the egg

I loved how the dining area looked. Everything else was average.
