Juices and cake was nice. Service was prompt however not sure if staff are burnt out or not being treated well etc. had one waiter come up to our table multiple times asking if we’d like to order something. We felt like we were being an inconvenience even though we ordered juice and cake. Brought the wrong cake out originally which was odd but easily fixed. When we were getting up to leave one of the waiters was hovering and pushed passed my friend to tidy up my table. Felt like we weren’t welcome. Very odd vibes. We made a reservation, we were only there for an hour and weren’t overstaying. We ordered drinks and food, it was no where near closing time at 4pm, the cafe wasn’t busy with a line of people waiting. It was just a very awkward experience. Not great hospitality

I love coming to this cafe. The food is delicious, the coffee is on point and the staff are helpful and friendly. This is our local gem and very happy that it is doing so well.

We had a reservation for lunch but our table wasn’t ready. We waited for a while then we were seated. They got the table ready after we were seated. The food portion was very small. A bit disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food. The waiting staff took a their time taking our order.

Been a few times… a nice, cozy local gem with excellent customer service~

Our server Ryan was so amazing. She took such good care of us and had amazing recommendations. The silver lining had the best food and the best people. Not your stereotypical breakfast menu but that’s what made it so interesting. We didn’t know what to choose, there were so many options. Ryan was a big help and we ended up with the perfect meals.

I only selected good, not because of the food, or the service, which were excellent, as always, I love coming here. The food and service deserves the great rating. But because of how hot it was inside the café. On a 36 degree day, you don't want the inside to be a similar temperature to the outside, and it was stifling inside. Not sure if the air con was not working, I did notice it was very awkwardly situated, with the air vents occluded. It did prevent a few of a group from ordering food, as they felt too hot to eat.

The cafe became busy but we were given plenty of time to chat (without the need to try to be heard over other people's chatter) and eat our meal. We had fun conversations with the wait staff and would definitely return.

We came to this place with our friends from NEW ZEALAND and 5 Simple orders and they completely stuffed it all up. Couldn't understand English.the best was $10 for a fresh orange juice. All up over $100.00 spent and we will never go back again. Took my reciept and never gave it back.

This place gets better every time we go. We are working our way through the menu and love everything we have here.
