The food was great but a little pricey. Service excellent. However your surcharges will probably keep us from coming back. They were ridiculous.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our recent visit. While the atmosphere was nice, the service was very slow—we waited far too long for both our food and drinks. It took away from the overall dining experience and we hope the restaurant can improve on this in the future.

The whole experience was terrible, the food options were limited and not up to standard and disappointing for a special Mothers Day occasion the Greek Plate was dry and meat was overcooked, the chicken was also dry and the sauce was heavy… a total rip off for what we paid. I will never go back and I’ll make sure I tell 200 people of how poor our expert was and to never go to your establishment

Unbelievably horrific experience - served raw chicken, and one meal did not come out at all. Tried to convince us the pink chicken meat was cooked, true or not, the attitude from the waiter was completely unwarranted and enough to make us immediately get out of our seats and leave. A complete shame as we’ve generally had great experiences here, but this instance is enough for me and my family to never visit here again nor host any of our family and friends’ events in the future.

We visited as two families with young kids. Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming for the price point. Most dishes (salads, pastas, pizzas) averaged around $30, but the food itself was very basic and didn't quite meet expectations. Meals came out staggered, meaning some of us were nearly finished before others received theirs. Prices for drinks also seemed unusually high — I noticed a juice priced at $14.50, which is more than double what you’d pay at many Sydney cafes. While the venue had a lot of families dining, it didn’t feel well set up for them. Pram parking was tricky, space for high chairs was tight, and we were seated right next to the cutlery/dirty dishes area. We did our best to keep out of the way, tucking the pram into a corner, but when we asked about shifting tables slightly to make things more comfortable for everyone (including the staff), the team — although polite — wasn’t very accommodating. The staff seemed young and perhaps still in training. The restaurant was quite noisy too — something even our 4-year-old commented on. At this price range, especially in Western Sydney where families are a big part of the clientele, we expected better service and a bit more from the overall experience. Some simple additions like a kids’ play area or live music could have made a big difference, especially since some of us drove 40 minutes to get there. While the decor was nice, it felt a bit like a throwback to The Grounds of Alexandria circa 10 years ago — stylish, but not enough to carry the experience on its own.

The staff didn’t ask if we want the dessert to be sent first. They delivered the ice cream first. Then all the food was very slow. We wanted for 45mins to get all the food.

Unfortunately, our breakfast experience this morning was quite disappointing. The service was very slow from the moment our orders were taken to when the food finally arrived. Food and drinks came out in no particular order and at very different times, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal together. Two of our orders were incorrect, and we had to ask multiple times for basic items like butter, milk, and sauce. At one point, we even had to go inside to get the sauce ourselves. What stood out most was that no apology was offered at any point for the inconvenience. While the food itself tasted nice, it was cold by the time it reached us, which really affected the overall experience. I’m giving this feedback because we had a similar experience the last time we visited. Back then, we gave the benefit of the doubt as the place was extremely busy. However, today was very quiet, and yet the same issues occurred—which was disappointing and harder to overlook

The place is beautiful and a local favourite. Only issue is with coffee arriving well after we had finished eating. When they were served they were the wrong size (ordered large and received small). Was happy to just have my coffee and the lovely server apologized and said he would change the order a d remove them from our bill as a sorry. When we paid they were still on our bill.

Pretty place but the food is very average. Over priced for what you get and description in menu does not match what you receive at all. Haven’t been for a few years to this local restaurant and it has obviously changed hands. We do not recommend especially when they charge a weekend surcharge!!! We will not be returning anytime soon. Much better restaurant across the road that meets my family’s expectations.

The food was great but the only downside was the service. Staff are very nice and friendly but just not attentive enough regarding speed of drinks and clearing plates etc..if that was fixed it would have been superb!

Thanks for a delicious meal, super lovely waitrons and service. However table nbr 25 was seated in a position with none of the magical charm I had hoped for and seen on your socials. It was our first time, so next time I’ll know to ask for seating in the outdoor area where fountain is situated 😊

A beautiful setting. Unfortunately it was 40 degrees and even though we sat inside in the air con, it was still uncomfortably warm. The food was lovely and reasonably priced and service was friendly. I would certainly revisit, on a better day, so we can sit outside and enjoy the glorious gardens.

Lovely visit, the grounds were beautiful and the food delicious. The only exception to a lovely dinng experience was the day 's manager (his name may have been Josh) for dressing down a staff a female staff member on the back veranda at the top of the stairs for all to see and hear. As an HR Advisor & former long time business owner i felt this was very inappropriate behaviour from the manager and quiety suggested to him that although such conversations are often required, such conversations should be held in private & away from customers view and ear shot, when i was on my way inside to pay. Return from inside back to veranda to grab my table number and there he was in the exact same spot telling the story to another staff member within earshot to all with a recount of the situation. Poor lady that was origionally spoken to was reduced to tears. Maybe the days manager could benefit from HR training in how to manage staff, before good staff that are hard to find are lost. Kindest regards Kim

A bit disappointing actually, given that it is such a nice place to come. I had not been on here for probably a year to year and half and it has changed a lot. Ordered drinks and it took around 30 minutes for two beers to come, even after asking a few times. I usually order the linguine del mare and boy it was so bland, overcooked pasta one prawn and a few pieces of salmon tossed in, so disappointing. We stayed for dessert and they brought them in without cleaning up the table so it was quite messy by the end and by the looks of the other tables around us none of them were cleaned up either so you have a beautiful place with untidy tables so not so nice. 😑 maybe my last time there as per last visit I will likely not come back here again.

We went there for Father’s Day lunch with a reservation. The reservation was made for sitting outside and card details were also taken. However, upon arrival we were denied being seated outside eventhough there were empty tables. When we asked, we were told that the table allocations were random and that the tables outside have been reserved and we weren't in the lucky list. To add to this awful start, the food took like 1 hour to arrive. We took lamb ragu pasta dish and Greek style lamb plate. What a disaster. The meat was so tough in both the dishes and so unflavourful. Pasta was overcooked and not fresh. The tomatoes in the salad was almost whole (unevenly cut), feta was a ball, the skewer came with the steel rod. You can tell that they have been cooked by part time non-familiar chefs - who have no idea about Italian or Greek style cooking. We also took fried calamari – which was ok but the fries were over cooked. You can easily tell because the fries on the Greek lamb plate were golden, and the calamari plate were almost brown. This joint seems like it is run by Indians who are better off cooking what they are most familiar with or train their staff to deliver to the authentic quality for the price they are seeking for. Terrible experience for this overpriced and horrible joint! The drinks were decent. All the 5-star reviews should have been either by discount or paid! Not visiting again..
